Im trying to submit my documents but I keep getting this message "Status / Action not provided Please select an option for each product under the "Status / Action Required" column in order to submit this request" how do I select an option, when there is none.
Great video, if your shipping weight from your shipping plan doesn't match the shipment weight when your package arrives at the warehouse will Amazon reimburse you for lost shipment?
It depends who made the error. Create a case in Amazon like what I did in the video, if you provided enough proof especially invoices Amazon will reimburse it to you. Just make sure that the error is not in your end.

What if I entered the wrong ASIN (Deleted Listing ASIN) while creating a shipment...Is Amazon still going to receive the products which i have sent with the correct FNSKU (Which I actually meant to send)?
Okay... so if the box weight does not match the weight said on the shipment they will not reimburse you. And so I'm looking at the UPS receipt of my shipments and this worker didn't weigh my boxes before printing the receipt. I have photos of the packed boxes at UPS. all the receipts for the items, and pictures of me packing the boxes. But the UPS shipping receipt says 0.00 lbs each. Nice. I'm sooo fucked......
Hey, I have recently shipped to amazon (in transit, not yet arrived). However on the shipping detail I have 3 SKU (75 units).. Post shipment my supplier advised they added my 4th SKU (additional 25 units) to the same shipment as they were ready earlier than expected. Problem is.. I can't update the shipment details to cater for the additional 25 units. Will these be rejected or is there anything else I can do before they arrive to rectify? Many thanks
There are sellers who does this: When the shipment arrived in Amazon and it reflected in your seller central, create a case on that shipment and tell Amazon that there were added units. Attach necessary documents

No problem it will go into the stranded inventory and then you can relist it under the correct Asin

Check what ups says ok their website..the weigh the boxes in the warehouse on check in. Not on collection
