    i have IP complaint ( We removed some of your images because we received a report from a rights owner that they may infringe the rights owner’s copyright protected images.)
    any advice from you maybe can help me....thanks

      We currently use a service called 'SellerBasics' (They cover all marketplaces)
      👉 fasttrackfba.com/sellerbasics
      They will help with existing IP complaints, but it will not be cheap
      Ideally, you want to sign up for their monthly package, which costs $99 per month but they will deal with all account health, and suspension issues and they are very responsive when they come in for free.
      Any pre-existing issues before signing up, will not be covered by the $99 per month costs, but you can speak with them about these.
      (We use them for both UK and USA businesses)
      PS they are lawyers Seller Basics', other company is ecomattorneys (dot) com

    I have four up complaints on items that passed my chrome extension and amazon approved it months ago. Can’t get it off. It’s so unprofessional by amazon. Not transparent at all.

    I have an ip complain on my amazone account microsoft office 2019. How do I go about it with the appeal

    Is order defect rate the same as an IP complaint cause i did receive an inauthentic product complaint but then got it removed. But that seller left a negative feedback and now its showing order defect rate to be 100% which should be 1%.
    Now should I be worried about that or what should I do?

      IP complaint means that you are selling a brand which you are not allowed to sell. ODR means that the product is damaged when it arrived.

    So I just got an IP complaint from Crayola and it's not on the checker for the US account. Any advice?
