Is it me or do Valorant's cinematics resemble Arcane's animations/style? Given Valorant has used different animation styles in their videos, it makes me feel like Rios is already working on a Valorant series😅😭

What I meant (sorry if i didn't explain explicitly) is that other (official) LOL or Valorant content looks pretty different from this
She says a bunch of stuff for the agents. I might have missed some of them, here is what I've heard:
0:27 "Kararsız" which means indecisive, hesitant.
0:36 Here I hear "ıslıkçı" from a male voice, which means "whistler", but in the Turkish trailer you can very clearly hear Fade say "Gözcü" which means something like an observer, watchman, lookout.
I can't hear anything for Chamber here, but in the Turkish one she says "Yalancı", which means liar.
0:54 She is saying "Kaçak" which is the same one in Turkish. It means fugitive, deserter, runaway.
01:04 "Yüz karası" would translate to disgrace. Like a "black sheep" of a family.
01:09 I'm not sure if she says anything here, it sounds like the pronunciation is lost to the music but in the Turkish one she clearly says "Kör" which means blind.
This hopefully provides some more insight to the trailer and nature of our new agent.

its a skye dog controlled like a skye bird(but fit for fade), an astra suck thats cast like a phoenix molly, a sova recon reyna flash combo, and a viper ult
nah shes an initiator so prob seeker and some sort of recon. also maybe an ability/ult where she can copy an ability of an enemy agent or maybe supress it in some way.

I love how Cypher fear is his identity being exposed, Neons is losing her speed, Chamber losing his double, and then you have Breach, a 6” tall man with robot arms that explode who is afraid of going to prison.
I think chamber isnt scared LOSING his double, But getting betrayed because both chambers did a Agreement in the L'accord trailer, and also theres a whisper about a word in idk language which means "Liar"
Chamber cooperated with chambers in other universes but betrayed them. That's why he's afraid that his betrayal will be revealed
He is afraid of not being able to breach anything

Riot has already stated that these small animations take hell lot of time to make with this art style in mind , so making a movie or series is not possible, that's why they release short cinematics and best they could give is an audio scene

Turkish speaker here. She says a word about each agent during the 'fears' section. They are very vague and I might be completely making them up but wanted to share for anyone curious.
Neon 0:27 - Kararsız (Indecisive/Unstable)
Cypher 0:36 - Gözcü (Peeper - not the exact translation but I believe that's what she meant)
Chamber 0:49 - Yalancı (Liar - she says this one in Turkish trailer only and not here. I don't know why)

KAY/O 1:05 - Yüz karası (Disgrace - like the one in "You are a disgrace to this family")

I fucking love Valorant. The characters are so well written, the universe feels fleshed out and just plausible enough to be real. I'd love to see Riot create an Tv Series like Arcane for Valorant in the future.

The thing is league is one of their biggest games. They need to make sure they have a big enough audience to make it worthwhile funding a series. Also Arcane took 6 years to develop. Even if they started developing a Valorant series the second the game came out, they wouldn't be done for several more years. They need to ensure there is a big enough Valorant following before they even begin concepting one.

I love the Turkish representation of the character so much.
• Evil Eye (Nazar 🧿) ring
• Henna on her right hand
• Her eyes are like the Turkish Van Cat
• She has the Turkish accent in her English
• The Turkish song in the trailer
• Her gun’s name is “Karabasan”, a creature in Turkic mythology which sneaks into people’s chest while they sleep and brings them nightmares. It also fits the song because the lyric says “Karanlığın kabus dolu olduğunu görüyorum” if I understood correctly. Which means “I see your darkness, full of nightmares.”
• Her cards have Turkish coffee and delight.
What got my attention is also how she has a “wolfish” aura which is a well known national animal of Turkey that represents courage and strength.
Well done Valorant. It’s awesome how you give life to your agents of different nationalities in a very cool way.

Sova's Fear is being blind as his abilities is to reveal everyone under his arrow as of course he needs his eyesight to be able to catch his enemies.
Actually KAY/O's scene is in a banner in game and his fear is this timeline repeating the same as his timeline radiants take over and destroy everything
@@arcticplays3236 the kayo brimstone one is lore , kayo isnt from this timeline , to sum it all up since this is quite hefty , basically kayo isnt from this timeline and was in a timeline where radiants and humans were at war. there was an unknown person who made kayo to specifically nullify radiant abilities and to stop that war. The queen of radiants , aka reyna at the time , killed brimstone in that timeline.

She sings here (0:00) with a Turkish accent, she say (Karanlik) "darkness" accompanied by music when the trailer starts and I'm not at all surprised that she said DARKNESS (KARANLIK) because the agent already has a talent (skills) that feeds on the dark and draws her enemies into it. 0:47 and you will see a ring on shes finger. The name of the symbol on this ring means NAZAR in Turkish, having an NAZAR symbol on you protects you from all negative events and evils. This symbol is a very common symbol in Turkey and we Turks and it hangs on my arm and on the wall of my room. I like it not only because it protects but because it looks very nice and beautiful. When you activate the agent FADE in-game, the game already gives you an NAZAR symbol bead, and you can attach it to your weapon. I wish everyone good luck with the game, and I would like to thank riot games for giving us such a good game experience and and good luck to all riot games staff.

I wonder if this means our next map will be in Istanbul. Usually the cinematically are rooted in existing maps and while it wasn’t a full on episode cinematic, it was animated enough that it definitely feels canon to how they ended up finding and recruiting Fade, and the map in the back room actually looks like there are bits and pieces of developed playable area hidden in the trailer

I like how they added the recon bolt reference in Sova's fear. There was a video where in training range, Sova can recon bolt into her room and a ping would sound as if she was in there.

So that means each agent's fears would be:
-Neon is scared of getting captured / not being able to escape
-Cypher fears being watched & his identity (face) revealed
-Chamber fears losing connections with his other self (we know he's worked with his other self many times)
-Breach fears being trapped or put back in jail (he was a criminal)
-KAY/O fears the team dying (esp brimstone)
-Sova is scared of being blind
Some people don’t know the full extent of sovas fear I see… he’s afraid of going blind so then he can’t see where he’s shooting, and he’s afraid of losing his title as the man that never misses
i think neon's fear is that she can't run anymore
breach is afraid that he's trapped somewhere and this time he cant get out
KAY/O's back story is still foggy, but i think he's afraid that the war with radiants in his old world will be happening in this world too, and that he will lose brimstone again.

I don't think they are planning on making one cause at the very end Arcane came out so many years after LOL was released and Valorant has just been released in comparison to LOL, so it's going to take a long time before they actually cover up the actual lore

Here's my opinion on the agents' fear
Neon : Restraint - Being unable to 'run'
Cypher : Spying - Being watched, 'unmasked'
Chamber : Distrust - He lives in a partnership with himself from parallel universe, means that he does not trust ANYONE, maybe even himself.
Breach : Isolation, Imprisonment
Kayo : Despair - Lost allies, could not stop world from being doomed.
Sova : Blackout - Losing visibility.
Seems like the 'fears' are the opposite from agents' abilities. Hope to get more stories from now on. :)

Zeri and then renata, neon and fade I love how they made them, It feels like playing same champ with diff game but different play style, having similarities but each of them has unique personality, that gives you same vibe, but a different type of feel
