  • In this video, we go into depth on the ins and outs of being a restaurant host. Host staff are vital to ensuring a quality guest experience: they’re the first employees guests see when they walk in, and the last ones they see on their way out. From pre-shift preparation to maintaining guest satisfaction, we walk you through the most important habits and skills you need to be a successful restaurant host.
Restaurant Wings provides straightforward and engaging training to empower team members, streamline guest service, lift team morale and turn any employee into a seasoned service professional. Once we take them under our wing, you’ll see the difference. We are an invaluable resource for owners of restaurants and small restaurant chains, allowing you to compete with large national chains who use their own in-house training programs.

Thinking of applying to hostess. I really don't want to but need work experience. Plus I'm shy. Obviously I know no job is easy but they make this look like it is but it seems stressful too
And having to memorize tables omg. I do have a good memory but still afraid i will mess up
