One major correction: the ink demon is ink bendy, the monster that chases Henry throughout the game, he's the "he" referenced by Sammy in "he will set us free". Ink bendy was the first attempt of using the ink machine to create a living cartoon by joey drew and Thomas Connor. The animatronic thing is just a little detail without much story significance, likely a FNAF referecne. It was ink bendy who joey had locked away "because he would scare off investors" and who was set loose by buddy, who was later drowned by him in "dreams come to life." Because the ink is alive, the ink demon is essentially immortal/indestructible, so he comes back shortly after. Ink Bendy/the ink demon is largely the central antagonist of the entire franchise, who is a literal embodiment of all of joey's past wrongdoing, and without a soul to guide his character, he is a hollow vessel who only does one thing, and that is to kill anything that moves.
You gotta be amazed at joey drews guts, his suggestion for his employees to spend their 5 unpaid holidays at his amusement park after 5 years of nonstop working just to get his money back. Because that's what a vacation is all about. Going to an amusementpark with the same characters you've been cooped up with nonstop. How any one of them didn't torch the studio down from going insane in that time is just baffling. Joey drew Takes susie out to lunch at JOE'S fine dining... Yeah probably not a coincidence. Not surprising at all either.😅

You know at the bit where Henry starts running from the ink demon and tries to get to the exit but fails and falls into the ground? I feel as if that the ink demon was actually Joey, and in reality when Henry pulled up the ink machine Joey popped out of no where and started talking to Henry, but Henry felt as if Joey had malicious intent so he began running, and the ink demon that roared and chased Henry was actually Joey shouting at him to come back, and right when Henry nearly got to the exit, Joey caught up to him and knocked him out- dragging his unconscious body back to the ink machine and throwing him in for more power. Leaving Henry in a everlasting loop that'll never end until he properly opens his eyes and sees the truth, the truth that Joey was the ink demon and that he was the one that caused him to be in a circle of pain for years and years on out.
Someone sending you a letter to come back to anywhere because they have "something they want to show you" or "a surprise" or whatever is always a trap 😅
It was a really interesting concept for the main villain to essentially be some arsehole boss. Anyone in the working world can empathize with his victims. And it makes it very easy to absolutely hate his character and even though he appears to already be dead I want him deader.

I always thought everyone missed something huge that Alice Angel tells Henry towards the end at the river of ink 4:11. She tells Henry “A drop of ink in there is like a drop of water into the ocean.” Something like that and her and Thomas can’t cross and join Henry. They have no soul. They can’t touch the ink or they become ink again. Henry is different. Henry is a soul trapped in that body. Henry was actually killed and sacrificed by Joey Drew. The letters in Joey’s house from Wally, Thomas and his wife Allison all tell Joey thanks for the offer to return to the studio but no thanks. They never return. They never are tricked and killed by Joey unlike Henry and like say Susie Campbell. When you play the game again this time with the Viewing glass you can see several coffins with the names of the ones killed on them throughout the game. You never see a coffin with the names Wally, Thomas, or Allison. They never died in real life. That’s why there were so many Thomas Boris clones. He’s produced all the time. He has no soul. This game was so dark and original. But The Meatly ruins this story and several things from the original game are thrown out and changed in the sequel that you can clearly see The Meatly just wanted more video game sales. Gone is the dark satanic storyline. Joey Drew is no longer the monster we know he was in the original game. He doesn’t even kill Henry or anyone anymore it was just his creations and clones. Womp womp. The little girl at the end of the original we all knew was Henry’s daughter and Joey was playing “Uncle Daddy” to her after killing her Father Henry. But NOPE not in the new game now it’s his inky daughter he keeps trying to create because he’s a sad pathetic old man with no one to love him. I don’t care. It was better when it was a dark scary cold hearted Joey. But The Meatly dropped the ball and Dark Revival ruins the original game and its once original creative DARK story 🤨👎🏼
when i watched dantdm play bendy and the ink machine, i thought the ending was just what happened before you start chapter 1. I didn't realise that it was the aftermath of the final chapter
i used to sell the toys but i didnt know anything about this game, never actually kept any of the toys, .. probably should have, they will be worth a few quid in the future.
You know what the end of this game reminds me of? If anybody remembers The Stanley parable, with the number of different endings that it had, you remember every time you found an ending, the load screen would say the end is never the end. So could this be bendy and the ink machine stuck in the Stanley parable paradox? Will he ever get out of the situation? Or will he be running for the rest of his life like an endless cartoon?
It's not 5 unpaid holidays PER year. It's 5 unpaid holidays after 5 contineues years. Meaning 1 day per year accumilated after 5 years. That's even worse. And it doesn't say what they will get after that. If they need to work another 5 years for the same "reward". Knowing joey drew it's probably exactly that. You also only state that Joey drew studio's was in danger because of the IRS for not paying taxes. While that news article explicitly was stating it was because of major complaints of former and current anonymous employees and investors claiming it's going bankrupt. The IRS stuff comes later. And i noticed that the taking to lunch susie recording is most likely the first time they met eachother. She was excited to meet him there and talks what a charmer he is (in the way like she didn't know that) and that he called her alice wich she liked. Joey Calling her alice that moment was probably the selling point and moment she started to call herself alice in the third person. The other recording you showed before that one with her saying joey is talking behind closed doors and he's inviting her for another opportunity and she's gonna meet him again and that she's not gonna fall for that smoothtalkers trick and alice didn't like liars is probably her final recording before he killed her. That one had a lot of malice in it contrary to the dining recording.
I genuinely thought this game fell more in line with a dark macabre 2D hand-drawn animated style of game, almost like a darker cuphead or something. I was WAY off, now I understand why this was lumped in with mascot horror/Horror4Kids
Joey actually made the loop so bendy couldn’t evolve past his beast form and go out to the real world so basically Henry was keeping his evolution at bay. (From superhorrorbro)
Beckyastic01 he can’t because he is in a loop so when he said oh my old desk I wasted so much time here means he just depressed and misses the real life
I don’t know but think that the entire game I just a dream that joey is having because he is in a coma due to him experimenting the ink machine on himself and it’s never ending and when he defeats bendy he right back at the start and it’s just a never ending cycle until he dies or wakes up this could be further explained but this is just a comment section
I really like your story explained video's, you do such a great job at clearly explaining what you think is behind everything in a way I think most people can understand. I've also watched some of your gameplay video's and I don't find them as interesting. I wanted to share what I think will make your gameplay video's a bit more interesting to me. You don't have to do anything with it if you don't want to of course, it is just some friendly advice. I've watched some of your 'resident evil: village' series for example and I think it would be more fun for me to watch if you'd talk more at times where there isn't much happening in the game itself. Maybe something funny or weird that happened to you, or some fun facts you came across recently. You can really fill it up however you see fit. I think it would be more engaging that way and make the video a bit more personal. Maybe some people like it exactly how you do it now, but I've noticed your gameplay video's don't perform nearly as well as your story explained video's. So I thought I'd share my thoughts on it. Jeez, I hardly comment on any video ever, I really hope i'm not sounding rude or anything because I don't mean to be.
at the beggining you got the lore wrong so here is the real lore of bendy and the ink machine a man called henry stein opens the doors of a studio he worked at taht died out almost 30 years ago as his old bussniess partner joey drew invited him back and decided to power the ink machine up and as a result the ink demon tried to attack due to all the commotion and the unsuspecting prey item above the studio but henry escapes while the ink demon seemingly head back to his lair in the giant ink machine to think while that happens he appears behind henry to crush the roof of where he came from and then knocked him out in his attempt to kill him but that failed so he pressed on and after chapter 2 played out he was knocked out by sammy lawrence andwas goning to be used as a sacrofice to the ink demon but sammy ends up being "killed" by the demon and he chased henry until locked out of a roomand henry encounters boris and they head to his hideout where they leave the safety to find an exit but are attacked by a piper (butcher gang) but they won and stumbled apon alice Angels lair and did her quests so they could escape but she crashes the elevator to steal boris and chapter 4 plays out and boris has been turned into brute boris a horribly deformed version of boris and we defeat him and he dies alongside alice angel but alisson and tom appear and take henry prisoner while alisson is ok with henry tom isnt very fond of him and leave him to the ink demon but henry escapes and goes through the ink tunnel until he finds the lost one village and fights sammy and tom gets the final blow a huge battle insues henry falls down a hole again and find the butcher gang and assembles the pipes for the end reel and the ink demon took it and then theynhead off to his lair and fight and henry alone challenges the ink demon and then he removes the cartoon facade reveals the demon within and they duel it out and the ink demon is defeated and it is then revealed that everything is stuck on an endless loop like vhs tape a world that never ends...
So the thing confirmed by BATDR is, the Cycle is real and the Ink Machine created the cycle, he trapped henry in the cycle out of anger and spite, and allison made Joeys life better, so he threw her in as a saving grace for henry, eventually after BATDR story ends, Audrey BECOMES the person who controls it

i wish more games like this are on the phones. yes, i have the xbox and ps5 but i play those for AAA titles like Uncharted and Halo. The switch is just a mobile phone without cell service and built in controllers, that's why after watching this video i looked to see if this was on the play store and it was! this type of gfx and gameplay is perfect for mobile (no precise shooting mechanics, relaxed gameplay, cartoony gfx, ect). oh reason why games on the phone is > than the switch? it's 30 on the switch and 7 bucks on a device which you already have, don't need to carry an one trick switch. You're an idiot if you paid for the nintendo tax.

The sentient ink will go on to name itself Armus and kill beloved lieutenant Tasha Yar
I genuinely thought this game fell more in line with a dark macabre 2D hand-drawn animated style of game, almost like a darker cuphead or something.
I was WAY off, now I understand why this was lumped in with mascot horror/Horror4Kids
Can you please do a video for injection 23 ‘no name no number’ and ‘ars regia’
Joey actually made the loop so bendy couldn’t evolve past his beast form and go out to the real world so basically Henry was keeping his evolution at bay. (From superhorrorbro)
superhorrorbro is the best lore / theory bendy channel but people focus too much on bendy the ink monster than the story it self
great video and i love your accent
My game theory is that Joey Drew studio made a game that predicted its company’s demise :)
Your a RUclipsr Harry!
Lmao!
Lmao bruh
@@yashdevtyagi8981 I actually forgot I made this comment
@@dutchvanderbilt9969 well now you remember that you did 🙂
Beckyastic01 he can’t because he is in a loop so when he said oh my old desk I wasted so much time here means he just depressed and misses the real life
Hey can u pls do among the sleep I would really appreciate it. And I LOVED BENDY AND THE INK MACHINE IT WAS AWSOME
Love your videos!
bendy and the dark revival came out so you can now finish the theory
I hope ur doing the sequel
Great vid
I was just singing one of the songs of this game-💀
I don’t know but think that the entire game I just a dream that joey is having because he is in a coma due to him experimenting the ink machine on himself and it’s never ending and when he defeats bendy he right back at the start and it’s just a never ending cycle until he dies or wakes up this could be further explained but this is just a comment section
Umm.. we play as Henry.
I love this game thanks for expalation
More like Micky Parody or evil twin
Guys If Henry never went back would ink bendy not exist?
So ...basically...maladaptive daydreaming is what made joey drew like this?🤨🤔
Sweet Dreams Are Not Made For Joey or Anybody Else For That Matter!
In America five days of paid sick leave is almost mind blowingly generous
Joey sounds very familiar. No i don't mean disney
Story Explained videos are just better, not much he can do to rival a goated series.
If you think about it the bendy lore is similar to the fnaf lore
at the beggining you got the lore wrong so here is the real lore of bendy and the ink machine
a man called henry stein opens the doors of a studio he worked at taht died out almost 30 years ago as his old bussniess partner joey drew invited him back and decided to power the ink machine up and as a result the ink demon tried to attack due to all the commotion and the unsuspecting prey item above the studio but henry escapes while the ink demon seemingly head back to his lair in the giant ink machine to think while that happens he appears behind henry to crush the roof of where he came from and then knocked him out in his attempt to kill him but that failed so he pressed on and after chapter 2 played out he was knocked out by sammy lawrence andwas goning to be used as a sacrofice to the ink demon but sammy ends up being "killed" by the demon and he chased henry until locked out of a roomand henry encounters boris and they head to his hideout where they leave the safety to find an exit but are attacked by a piper (butcher gang) but they won and stumbled apon alice Angels lair and did her quests so they could escape but she crashes the elevator to steal boris and chapter 4 plays out and boris has been turned into brute boris a horribly deformed version of boris and we defeat him and he dies alongside alice angel but alisson and tom appear and take henry prisoner while alisson is ok with henry tom isnt very fond of him and leave him to the ink demon but henry escapes and goes through the ink tunnel until he finds the lost one village and fights sammy and tom gets the final blow a huge battle insues henry falls down a hole again and find the butcher gang and assembles the pipes for the end reel and the ink demon took it and then theynhead off to his lair and fight and henry alone challenges the ink demon and then he removes the cartoon facade reveals the demon within and they duel it out and the ink demon is defeated and it is then revealed that everything is stuck on an endless loop like vhs tape a world that never ends...
So the thing confirmed by BATDR is, the Cycle is real and the Ink Machine created the cycle, he trapped henry in the cycle out of anger and spite, and allison made Joeys life better, so he threw her in as a saving grace for henry, eventually after BATDR story ends, Audrey BECOMES the person who controls it
you will get a 100k man
Can you please do the Read Dead Redemption trilogy plzzzzz
This is also a real story
Was bendy actually created in the 1920s or was just this just a back story made up ?
But what about the ink demon?
Searched and it say batdr release 2021 so guessing either end of December or 2022
It sucks how we don't have an release date.
@@littledevilspongejadedring1012 Hi I have got a question for you. If Bendy was female instead of male then what do you think her name would have been?

Based on a true story 💀
i wish more games like this are on the phones. yes, i have the xbox and ps5 but i play those for AAA titles like Uncharted and Halo.
