    1. Combine Strawberries and Sugar into medium sized pot over medium heat. Allow to simmer for 10-15 mins.
    2. Add Lemon Juice, optional.
    3. After Strawberries have tenderized enough, add Cornstarch and Water slurry.
    4. Allow to boil for another 2-5 mins.
    5. Remove from heat and use as is or use a blender to puree.

    I use just blended strawberries water and sugar for my glaze and let it simmer till it thickens to my liking taste great and its easy

    This is probably the easiest and best glaze i've seen thus far, amazing i will be making some now just waiting on my berries to defrost i don't have fresh berries but i'm sure it will still turn out great. Thanks so much i will continue to use your recipes from here on out thanks so much hun

      Dangerously delicious is accurate. Sometimes it has the same fate as our strawberry jam (and that we end up drinking it rather than putting it on a dessert). Flavored lemon-aid. Yum-yum.

    Awesome video. Tried it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I'm using it again. First time I used blueberries and I'm using raspberries this time around. I love the sweet and slightly sour combination quite a bit.

    I'm preparing some now. The thickening agent (cornstarch) really isn't necessary, just allow it to reduce (cook-down) and it'll be syrupy and DELICIOUS ‼️‼️ I also enjoy JUST A HINT of vanilla extract 😉 Thanks for the video,

    I love strawberries!
    This sauce should also be tasty with waffles and whipped cream.
    Or crepes.
    Or on top of pound cake.
    Drizzled over olive oil cake.
    Trifle with lemon curd and shortbread cookies.

    The lemon was over powering. I had to add more sugar, but you could still taste the tart. It was good, but wasn't the type of glaze i was hoping for. The corn starch was helpful though. Thanks

      arrowroot? Instant Gel is a modified cornstarch made for cold mixtures, so that wouldn't apply. I'd try arrowroot if you don't like cornstarch. Or you could use tapioca?

    I made this w whole frozen strawberries and it ended up just being a jam not a drizzle. I suggest to not use cornstarch

      I scraped out the empty pan and tasted it from there...not the finished batch. But even if it was, I am the one eating it so it doesn't matter. The recipe is amazing

    Great video but if you're going to feed that to anyone else, dont taste from the spoon and put it back into the pot. That's a very bad habit to pick up and you'll do it, even when you dont mean to.

    Although I loved this recipe, I absolutely hated that she tasted the finshed sauce, by putting the scraper in her mouth... AND THEN RETURNED IT TO THE BOWL!!! If I had done this at my job, I would have been fired on the spot!!!

      +Jay Cross I returned it to the empty pan. Even if I put it into the bowl, this is my own food. It is different than feeding it to others or the public. You generally don't get fired for eating out of your own bowl at your own house.
