was searching high and low for a recipe like this one, thank you for your video, I might be able to recreate a childhood favorite of mine, thanks to you!
Thank you for this delicious recipe. I'm making strawberry shortcake for dessert, so I purchased some strawberry glaze from my local grocer, only to find out that I'd purchased the sugar-free version and it was horrible. I came across your recipe. It's easy and delicious and I had all the ingredients in my pantry.
I need this recipe for coating a strawberry made with fondant icing. Can you give me an idea where i can straight of use strawberry jelly instead of using sugar because jelly aleady contains sugar so that i will have a little hardening glaze and im only coating ther icing strawberry. Cna you help me with quantity of strawbery jelly and water and corflour. So I don't have to go through experimenting would save me time. Thank you If you have any new ideas of my strawberry made with fondant icing. I also have a mold for strawberry making. I'm not an expert just for fun I make cake for my closest friends it's a hobby watching RUclips I make.
You can use poured fondant for petit fours recipes and substitute the corn syrup with honey, maple, or golden syrup. There are many recipes for poured fondant on RUclips. I haven't made one yet. Hope it helps.
You can decreae the amount of the cornstarch some. If you decrease too much it will turn to jelly. All you have to do is warm it up in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir until liquidy again.
Thanks for such a great recipe! Question?… I’d like to use this glaze as a drizzle exactly like how you presented your strawberry cheesecake topping in the video ( the one that was sliced and dripping onto the plate). Will the glaze clump and turn to more of a jellylike state as it cools? I like how ”liquidy” it is and would like to keep that presentation. I don’t mind if it thickens some, as long as it doesn’t clump or look too jelloey lol. Thank you so much!
@@MsMisskiki13 If you don't put it in the fridge it will stay liquidy. If you keep it in the fridge and it turns solid, you can microwave it for 30-45 seconds and stir it until liquidy again.

😊😊😊 looks Good
Can this be frosen to get out of a mould?
Thank you
Can you pure this over a frozen cake like chocolate glaze?
Yes! Absolutely.
❤
How do you make this sugar free ?
You can substitute sugar with monk fruit sweetener/Stevia/or other sugar substitute. Replace the regular strawberry Jell-O with sugar-free Jell-O.
Thank you

Can I use less cornstarch, so it won’t solidify in the fridge that much? TYSM🥰

Thank you for this video ❤
I just added cornstarch..don't do it it tastes like medicine
Can this be tweaked to be used as a ganache...or do you maybe have a completely different recipe for that?
You can tweak it to be a moose by folding in whipped cream but I don't know how to tweak it to make a ganache.
But is it turns jelly like in the fridge how do you use it in the cake?
You can microwave it for 10-15 seconds and stir until it becomes liquid again.

Strawberry glaze without a single strawberry? I dont think so 😢😢
Its crushed and put in the gello
She even said you could replace the water with puree 😂
