Thanks for the video. a couple of your tools i didnt have and will have to get. almost all my figures require sculpting. I focus maninly on 4 inch figures. one thing i use alot are the cheap plastic clips from the dollar tree. they are alittle bigger than clothes pins but work terrible as chip clips. they thing is if i sculpt a head and chest and arms or i paint a figue upper body and dont want to it to fall over or get messed up i clip these around the legs so the figure wont fall or get knocked over. this is because i ussuallly have a couple things i am sculpting at once so i do waste any apoxie/magic sculpt.
I was thinking about gluing my fingers together, but then I stopped and thought, "What would Clay do?" So I cussed and didn't glue my fingers together.
+chris vincent I use Testors a lot. But make DAMN SURE they are Model Masters ACRYLIC ones. My hobby lobby fucks up the racks and several times I've bought an enamel color that I was looking for and had a very bad day and had to replace figures. so double check, but they are great. Some colors, I only use testors. I made a Vance Astro, and they make a great blue metallic. Just learn as you go along what works best for the job you need!
Foul language I can deal with but you lost me once I heard you belched openly. That's an easy quick snip in editing but the fact that you don't care enough to do that is the reason why I'll watch someone else's tutorial about custom action figures. Something to keep in mind for future videos.
