Kuro buttons have been discontinued for years. Those are Hayabusa pushbuttons if I'm not mistaken.

It’s what I use just because of PS5 compatibilty. Solid product. I replaced the buttons with Sanwa and added an octagonal gate. Easily replacing custom art is a bonus!

@@condescending28I tried an octagonal gate and it didn’t work for me. I prefer “squircle” gates/collars and Korean levers. But I also don’t care what other people use lol. Use what works for you, way too much gatekeeping (pun intended) going on in the community.

I got this same stick except the X Box equivalent. I found the Hiyabusa stick far too loose, so I switched it for the Sanwa JLF stick with an octagonal gate, that I had in my xbox360 Madcatz SF4 SE fightstick. I kept the Hori Hiyabusa buttons in place though, because even though I have plenty Sanwa buttons, I actually prefer the feel & the very light too the touch sensitivity of the Hori Hiyabusa buttons, compared to the Sanwa buttons. All in all a great arcade stick, that’s very easy too modify with your preferred parts.
For the price & with the straight out of the box set up & parts, I would give this stick a 4.3 out of 5, but after switching the stick with a Sanwa JLF, which was as easily modified as literally unscrewing, then re-screwing 4 screws, then my rating for this stick goes up to an easy 4.8 out of 5. It literally took under 10 minutes too switch the Hiyabusa stick with the Sanwa JLF. This is an arcade stick, that’s well worth the asking price.
Edit & P’s’ - I forgot too mention that I’m with you on your disapproval of hitboxes. I seriously don’t like this new way of basically finding a way to cheat, especially when used in tournaments. The games were never designed to be played with them. Obviously I’ve got zero problem with people just using them for use at home, that’s completely fine but I seriously don’t think hitboxes should be allowed in tournaments. Just my 2cents on that issue & good review by the way
    brother.✌️

@@y0urmak3r No money, just the satisfaction of my inputs actually working. I went with Sanwa because of its reputation and then couldn't play SNK games worth a damn. Hayabusa wasn't much better. It wasn't until I switched to a Seimitsu lever that everything starting working right. I eventually learned that Seimitsu is what SNK used in their cabs, so it makes sense. Trying to play something like KOF '98 with a Sanwa almost drove me to the point of destroying the controller.

LOL! What's wrong with Leverless? I have the SF6 version. It's really great quality. I like the buttons. My only issue is the cord. If you aren't careful you can probably mess up the wire to the Options/Start button on the top right. That's the only issue with it. I don't use it much because I do prefer my Leverless. But great Stick overall. 9/10 on the Stick.
