I never used Korilla yet. I just killed priestess Gut. If i had my group with me in her chamber, i can manage to kill her in less than one round. That way she can’t call reinforcements and no one will care :D
U can actually catch her hiding at the teifling party by the beach and hiding right outside the masons guild if u use invisibility and talk to her she says it isn’t time yet and disappears not sure if u have to make these choices for it to happen tho
In act 2 at least you can just run up to her if you're quick enough. She mentions having front row seats at Ketheric so I wondered if she would be hiding somewhere there but I dont think so
Same! I broke the chains and threw her down into the dungeon behind us. Unfortunately she used a spell to pull me down too. It was the scrappiest 1v1 I had the entire playthrough lol
I didn't know about Gut putting you down to sleep with magic if you refuse the potion, that didn't happen to me. I played an elf though, so maybe she just didn't even try it, knowing it wouldn't work anyway.
I think because Fey Ancestory makes you immune to charms or sleep. It makes my character incapable of falling asleep which then triggers Gut to become hostile along with the Zhentarim near her. That's why I fight her from finding out then have Shadowheart silence her to kill her.
I was a half-elf wood elf and I guess she couldn't see my ears through my long hair because she lost her shit when I drank the potion and didn't go down.
what the fuck. i am on my 6th playtrough now and never seen this happen. to be fair i let myself capture only once and i managed to get the skillcheck to rip the chains apart lol
This is insane. This is so far away from everything I experienced in 2 runs. Larian really outdone themselves here. So many different ways to experience this game.
Exactly, becausethose races are immune to sleep. I know by now. So mostly i play along, given i often play elves or half elves. As soon as i'm alone with Gutts, i go fpr the option "Change of plans, i'm going to kill you!" :D
I didn't get this because my character was a half-elf meaning they can't be put to sleep magically so she just turns hostile as soon as she gave me the potion. I didn't see the dwarf chick until Act 3.
Yeah I was so confused at first why she went hostile at me. I’m like I literally drank the clearly suspicious drink you wanted me to. Not my fault it didn’t work 😂
@@lilylollielegs34 Yep. It was using ole D&D rules. The Fey Ancestory is a good thing to have. My current D&D character is a Half-Elf Dhampir in the Curse of Strahd campaign and I came across a Night Hag and when she tried to cast sleep on me I was glad I had that Half-Elf side lmao.
When the DM gives you Plotarmor
When he is saving your character for the worst yet to come.
I wouldn’t call it plot armour, more that the story has stalled and the player is stuck.
Okay that was really cool. There are so many paths I haven’t thought to go down.

Elves/Drow/Half-elves can't ever get this cutscene, due to their Fey Ancestry. The potion fails and she aggros on you.
paladins can stomach the poison too
@@CsStrez Ah, so basically most races people will chose are left out lol.

in act 2?
Yeah, I was stealthing in act two and I spotted her via the red line of sight cone indicator. Had to look up who she was lol
That’s explains how Raphael keeps taps on you 😂
In act 2 at least you can just run up to her if you're quick enough. She mentions having front row seats at Ketheric so I wondered if she would be hiding somewhere there but I dont think so
@@Kelgorr The first time i did encounter her , i was thinking that was a spooky ghost in the shadow cursed land
She showed up in the house of hope with Raphael as I was sneaking out and acted like I knew her. I had literally never seen her before that point 😂
SAME !! I’m like who tf is this bitch?!
I think it’s cause she spots you in Sharess
She spies on you at couple points in the game, like at the Teifling party and in the shadowlands, outside the Mason's guild (if I remember right).
She was at the Elfsong too.
@@Jackie-ms3tn SHE'S THE ONE WHO DISAPPEARS!?!?!
I prefare the sheer dread in the goblins eyes when my massive fucking barbarian rips the chains apart

@@cashmoneybanks8442Did you at least yell "Fly, you fools!" to your party before you fell?
When you fail the game so hard the devs have to put in an NPC just for you.
Getting trapped by Gut was my most embarassing moment in this game so far
She's easily the second worst healthcare provider in BG3.
THAT IS SO COOL WHAT. Ive seen her hiding and spying on me in act 2 near the House of Healing 👀
I got trapped by her but didn’t see how this concluded. I switched to my other party members and had them sneak in and kill her mid-conversation lol
Were they able to free you, or did Korila come anyway?
all i could focus on was the beautiful physics of the braid
I wanted to do an evil run but she tried this and when she called everyone over i had to wipe the camp in self defense. Unintentional hero moment.
I didn't know about Gut putting you down to sleep with magic if you refuse the potion, that didn't happen to me. I played an elf though, so maybe she just didn't even try it, knowing it wouldn't work anyway.
Was half-drow and drank the potion anyways. The Priestess had a funny reaction when she realised it didn't work and attacked me lol
@@pegaferno4429 The same thing happened with a Wood Elf, I meant what looked like her casting a spell to put the character to sleep.
Same, as a half-elf.

Was playing as an elf
Welp that escalated quickly
Fun fact: I found her at act 3 when she was peeping near the Circus of the Last day
so is this why she talks about saving me before I kill her in act 3
failsave, on failsave, on ultimate failsave xD
Imaging not playing a half elf and drinking the potion for gags
I got out of my chains didn't meet her till act 3. But my god so many choices 😂😂😂 bahahaa
Damn why does Korilla have to be so good looking? ❤️
Because Raphael has a standard for looks. Both for his house and his ... subordinates.
"Devil has a watch over me" -- how appeasing!
The only acrobatics check I've ever seen in the game wow.
You know, you might be right. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one
Acrobatics is mainly rolled in bg3 to resist shoving or not falling on grease and ice I think.
@@poakcastle shoves yes. grease and ice no. those are dex saves.
@@FecalMatador There's one in the dancing scene with Wyll, only other one I can think of
@@FecalMatadorI’m pretty sure there is one with the tiefling that needs help with his sword training.
Not gonna lie that was kinda hot.
i actually got this scene on my first playthrough
what the fuck. i am on my 6th playtrough now and never seen this happen. to be fair i let myself capture only once and i managed to get the skillcheck to rip the chains apart lol
Why do all female tieflings look like Alfira
It’s the default face for one of the tiefling subraces (Mephistopheles I think)
They don’t. People choose that face.
Me playing as a barbarian and not using the barbarian options to break free just to see what happens 😂

wow never would of seen this.
How did you get this cutscenes
Talk to Gut in the goblin camp
If you say yes to Raphael she helps you then
Thanks.
But dosnt she also have a tadpole I’m confused
She doesn't know it, though.
None of the true souls are aware of the tadpole. When you speak to Nettie she's surprised that you're aware of its presence.
