- Good Morning Young Groms,
Really stoked on intern year so far! July started out as a pretty smooth initiation into residency. There was time to surf, run, sell some old boards and bike to work! Working night is has deffinitely been the biggest challenge so far. But my motivation to rip like a mid 2000s surfer as been carrying me through the tough times. Maybe you can see in this session, I was really trying to pause for a second on my bottom turns to try to get vertical, hit the lip and re-entry in one smooth motion. If its still kooky no worries. We are still out here making vlogs, putting in a hard days work and living life to the fullest,
So stoked and we will see you on the next swell!

I’m constantly selling boards to have money for a new one. The boards pay for themselves. $400 a good deal for that board at the end 🤙🏾
Ended up selling it for 300 to a grom! I like the idea of giving he board a second life too!
Nice to be able to surf without rubber…I have yet to experience that up here in our cold water. At 2:52 you say “…this is real life…”, not to be critical here but I’m gonna be, are you paying a mortgage yet?…lol! Enjoy the dream that you are living Dr. Hildreth! @@funafter5081 no mortgage but i have 240k in student loans between college and Med school to pay back, so I will be biking to work for a while! Haha

As a paramedic, intubating in the field is the worst, especially when a bunch of people are standing around you.
Pretty wild! We have a lot of great paramedics in Nassau and a lot of intubated patients come in with equal chest rise!

I finished med school a semester early, sent the bank account to zero buying airfare and now its time to work!
