My first pair of Jordans was the OG pair from 1985 when I was 15. Cut to 35 years later.... Just got a pair of metallic red mids that aren't really metallic because they changed it to black/gym red/white but I love them (copped at retail). Highs are so hard to find in the mid-rock I'm even pegging my jeans here in the US back like we did in the '80s and I look good for my age man. 😎
I got the 2018 Jordan 1 high top metallic reds. You know the white/metallic red.

These are nice broski got something very similar all black Jordan courtside 23 really nice they have a visual Air unit like the Airmax 90s prefer mid to highs any day great review these are slept on for some reason...
Beautiful sneakers, I really liked this triple black version! I haven't been able to add Air Jordan to my collection yet, but I would definitely go to Mid, I'm a little like you no matter what others think, the important thing is we like it!

I only wear mids; don't like high tops, but I respect people who do!
I'm only 5'9 so mids look great on me but if you're over 6ft I'd go for highs for sure.
I really love jordans I used this as my school shoes when in my uniform.

I was in the City and i saw in footlocker the jordan 1 low grey camo but it was costing too dearly 130€

Well I would go for OG's if there wasn't bizarre price rally in my country, like we have almost all colors, but when you see normal price (like 200-300USD) you choose your size (12,5US for me) and boom, price now is 700USD+
I recently got mids and I love them
you are right about the box but not the retro mids
I was able to try on the lows, mids and highs.
In my opinion the mids are the best, because Imo or my feel of fitting the highs are too high for me, like I dont really like that and will suggest them if you have the right jeans/pullofgame for em or really like em/high-tops
Lows are more 'normal shoes' felt and just low, so its flatter or sum, idk but like I think it has a normal feel to it
Mids imo are the best, cuz they are between low and high, so they perfect and feel the best to me. I like the mids the most and would love to see more collabs/better colorways.
My extra rating/thoughts:
Lows: just for normal wear and if you want jordan 1's, but not that hyped or sum about em. I like some colors with just 3 colors (one random color and white/black) that look good with everything (pine green lows for example).
Mids: I think these go well with everything and need more collabs/colorways like more crazy.
Highs: best colorways and allegedly most hyped and best quality Ig, ....
...buttt some mids have good quality too, especially the SE/Premium type ones, also the lows when its like good made/ really put goood craft innit'

This is one of the few shoes that look better in any colour but black as the details on the shoe are made to stand out. I think Jordan 1s look better with a range of colour.
