I could not decide which version I liked better until you showed the combined one. I could see the shimmer and that deep richer color of the Color Burst. They all however looked terrific and so cute!

Oh I love the Nuvo Shimmer Powders, I literally just used them on a card that I have scheduled for a blog hop on 4/15. A light tap is all you need, I had so much fun using them! Love these adorable cards!!! Such sweet little mice! Amazing job as always!!! I’ve been debating about trying the Lawn Fawn Magic Iris, so cool!!! Thanks for sharing, blessings & health sweet soul!!!

Awesome cards as always I recently made a magic iris card for my daughter it was not a succes though. I didn’t have any glue dots so I used the glue dots that came with the die but they aren’t that sticky so my card didn’t turn as it should be. Well I’ll give it another try when I have thise glue dots. Love the iris cards. Those backgrounds are awesome thanks for sharing.
Anja Curvers I don’t know what it is about those particular glue dots, but they work every time. I’m glad I bought the jumbo box, because I love making the Magic Iris cards. Hopefully you can get your hands on some, so that making the cards will be enjoyable 😘❤️

Hi Cassie: I have both products. Doesn't the colorburst powders have no shimmer, or am I mistaken? I love the NUVO products. What I do with them is get water color paper and create a sheet of all different colors with the powders. I then use the paper for all different things, including making envelopes. Thanks, Lee
That's a great idea, Lillian, and a great way to get mileage out of your powders. I'll bet you have some gorgeous pieces. And you're right, the color bursts do not have any shimmer, but I love combining both products :)
