- With a letter in the door this week, the Greater Tabernacle Church was kicked out of the county Baptist’s Association. The vote Monday was 73 to 4: a no tolerance policy for a female pastor.

I have no issue with "women preaching or pastoring" but if the denomination you are affiliated with says NO FEMALE PASTORS, and you do it anyway, let her take you and move you to another ministry "she founded". You cannot just be voted in and break the rules, protocol and constitution while in a denomination just because she a nice speaker -- it doesn't work like that! She is out of order for even encouraging them to go against the standards of that denomination.

According to the Bible there's no way any man should be under a female pastor. A woman's role is to teach younger women only and not to be in authority spiritually over any man because that would mean she's in authority over her own husband.

I'll do one better for you 1st Corinthians chapter 11:3 shows the order that God established so if a woman is a pastor then that puts her in authority over men in the church including her own husband. Now if you want to do things out of order then that's your choice.

Our pastor passed away about 8 years ago and we been threw different pastors the members vote them in then months later they want him out. Now we have different pastors every Sunday until they find another one again 🙄

Our congregation went through the same thing the minister we had left because he was ordained to be a bishop and he was more out traveling doing mission work making sure that the other churches were functioning well with ministry so the board had to vote in another pastor and they went into prayer cause that's the key and the minister we have now for ten years we have no complaints about it so if you're dealing with Christians who are true to the word of God it will work out Amen

See here's my point God don't call you to nothing he don't prepare way for you to complete that task. If God before you who going to be against you. All of a sudden there are more offensive things then a female preaching I was told as long as its in the affects of a Christian back ground it don't matter if my uncle left me that church I can do as I see fit. He told me but did mention the male preacher part in his honor I would respect those wishes or something that keeps our youth off the streets single parents that are homeless in need of counseling. Something to help not take. If Jesus provides he should have left it. Were all sinners . Maybe he's not preaching found a new calling

Its incidents and situations like this, that makes me grateful and happy that I left the Abrahamic religions and have not looked back since I turned 16, I am 48 now and I am even more positive that I made the right decision. On a more personal and non-religious note, why is a African American church being dictated to by a organization that has a well known history of racism? So very happy I left the Abrahamic religions.
With all due respect ' let me say this i:e The Abrahamic religion is not a white religion, ..granted' this is what i mean i:e the religions of today are concepts and ideals created by man. God does not require religious people, he demands righteous people...Granted I'm not a religious person either ; i am a person that has a way of life that requires me to respect others ,care for the needy and live and let live...
However my point in my original conversation was/is predicated on this i:e if a group of people call the bible the " word of God" and they claim to predicate their religion on the bible' then how are they going to deny parts of the bible and still say they believe the bible.. the bible says that a Preaches, pastors, bishops must be the Husband of one wife ..how can a woman be the husband of one wife ?
