Hi AJ, You should be comfortable with the weight you start at. For these specific drills Coach Mike is recommending to start at a heavy weight working down to a lower weighted baseball. Make sure the weight you choose to start from is at a comfortable level for you. Do you have the PowerNet Weighted Baseballs?
