I got 1x Modern Masters 2022 draft & collectors, 1x Dominaria United set & collector, 1x Unfinity Draft. I realized after these sets came out that the print run was insane & the hatred for Magic 30... It became a terrible time to invest into MTG.
I guess my point in bringing it up is... I didn't over leverage my finances to buy these boxes. I'm not "stuck holding bags". The boxes sit in my closet and I like to think one day they'll be fun to crack or to sell to someone else. I bring it up because... I technically got burned investing into sealed product because I got in when I did...
And yet I don't hate Rudy for it. I would have never bought these had I not watched Rudy's videos. Does that mean he's responsible for my investment? No. Does that mean his opinion is invalid because of the value of my investment? Lmao... no.
I'd love for a hater to break this down without being cryptic/vague and saying shit like... "If you look around and don't see the mark" type of bullshit. Anyone taking the time to write something but not actually giving context to their grievances they can kindly go back to MTGLion and stay out of the conversation.
Community Manager Timmy here from Timmy’s Card Emporium. I was playing cards with mother last night, and told her all about you evil Rudy. She said you’re no better than those infomercials that sold her everything back in the day. We are on to you Rudifina.

Gam piece to mooon
I thought the "game piece" people were supposed to get commons? I'm one of those weirdos who likes commons. I don't get it.
Oh, no, I want game pieces to be cheap, and simultaneously I want to get only the most rarest and exclusive cards, and then that they be worth a lot . . . It's complicated. ( -.-)
Spellcasters & Planeswalkers 500
REQUESTING THE PIN OF SHAME! February 18th 2024, one year from now these new products will still be garbage and wotc will be at all time lows unless they reitre the collector booster. lets see :) and boy do i hope im wrong
LOL you can't get the pin of shame award with such low-grade milquetoast comment, bruh. You need to say out loud some hard-hitting ugly truth about Rudy's business model, so he can ironically pin you to hide it in plain sight. 👌👍
Used to be every video garnered HUNDREDS of comments and tens of thousands of views...seems the metrics have changed.
Hell.. this comment may even be read by somebody and not lost in a sea of 2,000 other comments!
*listens intently for ... other people listening*
MtG is an altcoin. I'd sell before that next crypto crash.

Rudy you sit at the end of videos and contemplate what "you" or "we" should be talking about next- but your biggest shortcoming is not being able to see what isn't right in front of your face OR what is from the past. I dare you to find that teeny tiny creative bone in your body, and use it to talk about what is coming after Fallout for the rest of the year with Magic. You seem to forget that RIGHT after Fallout is a Cowboy themed set. A certain number of ppl are gonna go nuts over that! 🤠 That's not even mentioning the Furry-based set coming even later this year. Tell me people will be talking about Cappena or Kamigawa when that rolls around- bc I don't see it happening.
If all the products become universes beyond then the Magic sets with lore will be valuable. The unpopular sets were my favourites. Mostly because I like a set based on how much the art reminds me of the older cards.
Heh...
You are all concerned with paper as the world decays around you.
Wake up people.
They're probably just taking a break from the world around them, but I get your point. I had someone arguing me about what an opinion was earlier, and all that I could think of was the world burning around us as I'm engaged in this nonsense conversation that changes nothing lol.
You're equally concerned with paper considering how much investment into war board games you've shown on your channel.
The pot calling the kettle black.
What does the world decaying or not being awake to it's decay have anything to do with this??
You act like each individual has the power alone to prevent the world from decaying but are selfishly choosing cardboard instead.
