nice Also, if you didn't know, Jesus will fulfill you more than anything in this world, I speak from experience (from when i did Romans 10:9-13), he loves you and wants to be in a meaningful (not romantic) relationship with you. :) “that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:9-13 KJV “and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” Mark 1:15 KJV If you want proof that Jesus and the Bible are true look a documentary called “Ron Wyatt discoveries 2022” on RUclips and a RUclips channel called Expedition Bible. They both examine archeological sites and discoveries that prove the Bible, and even reference secular sources. (Just don’t convert to 7th day Adventism after watching the documentary) And lastly if you don’t know the gospel and want to be saved search up “abc’s of Salvation Teenmissions” on Google and it should be the first or second result. When you click on it read the whole thing, and do what it says and have faith in Jesus while you are doing it, do not doubt, and if it is hard for you to do what it says, ask Jesus to help you, have faith that he will, and he will. I still can't get behind medical professionals pushing AG1. I get it, you would rather make that sponsor money than tell people to just eat fruits and vegetables, or the fact that there are much cheaper options for greens supplements. As you're a business owner, I get it, but as a medical professional, I'm a bit disappointed. It's not like you're some bs influencer, you literally have the education to know better, and to do better.
If you notice, many medical professionals and scientists (The Huberman Lab) have AG1 as a sponsor. Yes, if we could all eat lots of fruits and veggies it would be better; however, the reality is that many won’t but will take AG1. Yes, there are less expensive alternatives; however, their quality control might not be great. AG1 has a great reputation and has been subjected to many studies. As the supplement industry is unregulated, this is important. I think AG1 is one of the few that many can ethically support.
Maybe it’s a topic for another day. Perhaps he also understands that not everyone will be as likely to eat healthier by choice and prefer convenience. Might wanna focus on the topic of the video rather than the sponsor portion or just pick a different video.

My mother is on Hydrocortisone for the rest of her life due to adrenal insufficiency because of her immunotherapy treatment for stage for melanoma. It makes her legs very week 😢

This was really interesting. I dont' want to seem negative here because you were super thorough in the explanations - but I'd liked to have seen you focus on the negative aspects a bit more . Particularly in teens who take steroids. The way this video came across (to me at least) is that Steroids might "mess you up a bit"... but you'll probably recover. But there are serious implications for teens taking them and there is an epidemic of this type of early use.
Unfortunately, a lot of influencers are hopping on this stuff and posting videos. Even if they are open about using it, it doesn’t help young people who look up to them.

tendon rupture is more of a byproduct of steroids, since you gani muscle and stranght in a absurd speed, your tendons can't keep up, which could lead to tears and an eventual rupture.
Missed the most important part. Once you alter any hornones after a short period your auto piolet stops working and you become the one having to shift the gears. Only problem is you cant see the speedometer unless you get blood work which obviously you cant do every day. So its easy to potentially have your estogen go to high or low which can lead to hellish symptoms. Wouldnt wish crashed estrogen on any man. The second point is that you can't be on steriods year round. It is toxic for your system so you must cycle on and off at a 1 to 2 ratio (more or less). During this transition period your testosterone is basically zero as your body gets use to not having it supplied for. If your lucky this period usually last a few weeks to a few months. Which is far from a fun time since you have to take a PCT to rebound your body. The PCT helps with not skyrocketing your estrgoen as when you come of testosterone your body is left with all of this estrogen. Hormones have a massive effect on your brain and body. Having these balances out of sink changes you as a person dramatically. High horomnes exacerbate your personality (whatever emotions or feelings you have are usually over the top) and when your hormones are low they are the other way. You will have high highs and low lows. The suicide rate for steriod users is disproportionately high. But all of these effects heavily depend on gentics.
@@alextomlinson You feel like a zombie. Numb of emotion or drive, the thought of doing just basic chores is a hurtle. Your libido is zero, brain fog, no appetite, no strength, joint pain specifically your knees and calves, dehydration, dry skin. It can be confused for depression but I'd argue it's worse, your not sad your literally nothing, if anything its just an anxiety feeling as your body knows something is off but it doesn't know what.
@alextomlinson If your still on testosterone or any sort of steriod your estrgoen is always going up from each injection as your body isn't very efficent with all of it so it converts some of it to estrogen hence why you take an estrogen blocker to begin with. Its when you take to much blocker is when you crash it. Finding the sweet spot of keeping some estrgoen but not crashing is the hard part. Some people's bodies have a large range others extremely delicate. If you get your estrgoen to low it would rebound naturally eventually. It would just depend on your genetics. Some people a few weeks some people a few months. The tricky part is that a lot of low and high symptoms are the same so without blood work you can be hesitant to do anything about it as you could think its high when really its low or vise versa. Taking more blocker when its low would be the worst thing ever and not taking blocker when its high is not fun either.
I got a qustion if anyone can answer that is experianced. Let’s say we have person A and person B. Person A never takes steroids and train naturally with proper diet for 2 years. Person B train 6 months without steroids and then 6 months with steroids, and then stops and second remaining year for 12months he trains without steroids. Will person B still have better results on long run than person A, even tho he used only 6 months and last year trained with proper diet completely natural? Or that 1-2 cycles will still give him an edge if compared to person A that never took any steroids? @Institute of Human Anatomy

To everyone out there, never believe the hype. You do not need steroids to be strong or athletic! Just put in the proper work and a healthy diet, and you can achieve the same things I have achieved.
Bicep/Tricep tears or any soft tissue tear is not a direct cause from steroids. Its about bad lifting technique combined with gaining muscle too quickly and the tendons/ligs arent strengthening at the same pace. This can be avoided.
True, no disagreement there. I think another point however is that the connective tissues don't seem to grow/strengthen commensurate with the muscles themselves sometimes. The muscles seem to be stronger, quicker than some tendons are able to keep up with. Nearly every pec tear I've seen was on someone clearly on gear, doing a lift that few natural would be able to do.
Look at blood pathways stuff made in body for the body and also trash has to go all the way around through the heart and lungs and back again. I've seen Short cut but the kidneys are most counter intuitive .
I saw something similar to Beetles. The ones that LOOKED all bulked up with massive horns had less strength. The ones with smaller horns were stronger. A good documentary: The Disappearing Male
Anabolic steroids are used for building muscle or increasing athletic performance medical use steroids are used for inflammation for many different conditions
Has IoHA done a video about inducing ketone production as a long-term strategy for metabolism? I have a friend who says it increases the number and efficiency of mitochondria and that's why its better than glucose-producing metabolism. He also says the brain only needs a small amount of glucose. Thoughts?
Why is it that prednisone has the exact opposite effect on muscles that anabolic steroids have? It makes your muscles weak. I’d like to see you do a video about the long term effects of high dose prednisone use. A lot of people take it for medical conditions like ulcerative colitis.
@@bhuvneshsharma1569 Is that also why you’re at greater risk of getting diabetes while taking a lot of prednisone for a long time and why it makes you put on weight from excess fat?
Now this video has risen a new question for me. What’s the difference between these androgenic steroids and the kinds you are prescribed to help fight off an infection, virus, etc.?
Doctors typically prescribe corticosteroids (e.g. prednisone or dexamethasone) to help reduce inflammation, not to fight infections themselves. These meds are immunosuppressive and are also often used in people with autoimmune conditions, where their bodies are attacked by their own immune systems. While androgenic steroids mimic the effects of testosterone/endogenous androgens, corticosteroids act like endogenous cortisol which is sometimes called the “stress hormone”

People drinking alcohol don't like videos on harms of drinking alcohol similarly people taking steroids don't like videos on harms of taking steroids.
Well they need to know a lot of those using steroids can die early from heart attacks and other other organs failures. I don't like needles. My twin has lupus and take Prednisone. but not everyday. While it helps it also destroy tissue between your joints. Just saying.🙂👋👣. Vee.
I've taken steroids and these videos are very important. Smart people will always find out worst case scenarios and look at the negative side effects before they ever do anything as serious as taking a steroid cycle.

Thank you for sharing and I just really enjoy learning from you. I’m a nurse of 31 years. And had to take prednisone for severe endometriosis before surgery with the hopes of shrinking a tumor on ovary. I remember the side effects. As I got older solumedrol dose pack for bronchitis and some side effects then. The one side effects for now is clearer mind and energy and hunger. Love nursemarla 😊❤️😊
Pred and solumedrol are nothing like androgenic steroids.
Yes, the anti inflammatory steroids you took can have some pretty miserable side effects especially the solumedrol which is given by IV.

Also, if you didn't know, Jesus will fulfill you more than anything in this world, I speak from experience (from when i did Romans 10:9-13), he loves you and wants to be in a meaningful (not romantic) relationship with you. God Bless :)

@@Atmurph713 First of all, smd, second of all, any medical profession that is willing to shill for that pos company, is not a trustworthy individual. They are only doing it for the money, and not based on it's effectiveness. The product might have a convenience factor, but it's about $100 per month, and you can literally get the same nutritional value by eating $20-30 worth of fruit and vegetable each month. Greens supplements are largely a joke.
Brian Johnson from don't die has made a video about AG1. It's a good watch.

Oh.Fantastic explanation of human body activity
tendon rupture is more of a byproduct of steroids, since you gani muscle and stranght in a absurd speed, your tendons can't keep up, which could lead to tears and an eventual rupture.
What happens in crashed estrogen 😳
@@alextomlinson You feel like a zombie. Numb of emotion or drive, the thought of doing just basic chores is a hurtle. Your libido is zero, brain fog, no appetite, no strength, joint pain specifically your knees and calves, dehydration, dry skin. It can be confused for depression but I'd argue it's worse, your not sad your literally nothing, if anything its just an anxiety feeling as your body knows something is off but it doesn't know what.
@@wt8213 Wow how would you even get that fixed? Through diagnosis and treatment? How would they diagnose it
@alextomlinson If your still on testosterone or any sort of steriod your estrgoen is always going up from each injection as your body isn't very efficent with all of it so it converts some of it to estrogen hence why you take an estrogen blocker to begin with.
So nothing different than how i feel lol@wt8213
really apreciate this video. Nice job
Very good!! But, you forgot the mention the Sertoli cells
@Institute of Human Anatomy
person b will have no edge

p.s. Haven't seen Justin in a while, hope he's doing alright.
Fantastic video bro
Well I am glad I came across this video.
Look at blood pathways stuff made in body for the body and also trash has to go all the way around through the heart and lungs and back again. I've seen Short cut but the kidneys are most counter intuitive .

Excellent video.
Can someone explain me difference between these steroids and ones used for different medicine's ?
Corticosteroids vs anabolic steroids. Corticosteroids are anti-inflammatory and shut down your immune system. Anabolic steroids build muscle
Anabolic steroids are used for building muscle or increasing athletic performance medical use steroids are used for inflammation for many different conditions
There is no difference. All steroids are medicine each compound has specific use cases.
Could you also do an episode on cortico steroids? And it's effects on the body?
There was this guy in my gym who took Winstrol V. The steroids they give to race horses to put on more muscle. And he started counting with his foot.

Why is it that prednisone has the exact opposite effect on muscles that anabolic steroids have? It makes your muscles weak. I’d like to see you do a video about the long term effects of high dose prednisone use. A lot of people take it for medical conditions like ulcerative colitis.
Because they're activating part of sympathetic system which leads to a state of production of energy from proteins of the muscles
Bcz muscles are broken down into simpler sugars from the use of corticosteroids
@@bhuvneshsharma1569 Is that also why you’re at greater risk of getting diabetes while taking a lot of prednisone for a long time and why it makes you put on weight from excess fat?

Hey nice vídeo, what are those bags in the background and how can i get one?
