Are you possibly asking about doing the same stitches on the other side of the chain, like turning it upside down and starting over? I'm pretty late to the party, but I've been crocheting forever and actually had this pattern and lost it.

In the search bar just put in crochet ruffled scarf and you will get wider ones and how to do it if she doesn't answer.
Don't know if it's too late. Just keep repeating the 2 double crochets in each stitch row. To make it fluffier. # more ruffles ❤
