@@thelightguy2 aren't these the same tones used for the modern cencom core stuff? i've always called them "epsilon" tones because i didn't think whelen gave them a name otherwise. it does sound a hell of a lot like the 295s from like 10-15 years ago though
I have a question. Do Whelen Epsilon tones actually sound different from just "Whelen" sirens , or is Epsilon just the product name for the siren speaker/controller?

Personally the Whelen Epsilon is one of my favorite sirens [In the police genera]
It’s a great siren. It’s not very common though, and is usually mistaken for other, more popular Whelen sirens because they sound the same.

@@schmal911 they are, as well as sapphire and carbide and all the other newer ones. They are also on the newer models of the 295 series sirens.
