This lady did this to her first boyfriend in Pretoria, won't tell the hospital she was working at as nurse, the Dr survived and lived to tell the tale, she had poisoned him. When this broke up, everyone was calling the Dr who survived her poison plot to alert him to check on him and poor thing he relived the nightmare and was traumatized.

Quite informative clip of good sequencing with a sense of intrigue.
Kindly do for us we followers of this channel, just in retrospect, the now dead case of the young Accountant Netshiatshundu (son to the then City Press Editor, Mathata Tsedu) murdered by young wife and a business associate and his body burnt inside the trunk of his Audi.☝️🤔

Qhuzumani Gwananda, a law lecturer at Unitra, was a boyfriend to Thandi Ndlebe those many years before. Qhuzumani, a known womaniser, was found dead in his Pietermaritzburg flat apparently asphyxiated by cling wrap.

I was dating her brother during the case, it was interesting to watch them scramble around trying to save her.

Justice system has limitations and can only work with evidence unfortunately, only God and herself knows whether or not she is guilty. If she is guilty, she will pay for her sins.

Thank you for the story, however I'm not sure why you pronounce some of the words the way you do. 😒
Also relevant pictures in terms of race would make your story more interesting.
Unfortunately our justice system fails the victims. May the judge rest in peace and his family and friends be comforted. ❤💐

This case might proof that our judicial system is not only fallible but can be manipulated.
I have not read the case, but I wonder what was the appeal court's finding on the cell phone evidence, taking into account the content of the messages and location of the user at the time that the messages were sent.
The reporter is silent , unfortunately, on that aspect and also whether the forensic evidence re time of death was discarded by the appeal court that would have shared light on the cell phone evidence. The alibi of the appelant is also not shone light on.
However, as in the bigger scheme of life, if she committed this heinous act, Thandi would pay. On the other hand, we must live our lives in such a fashion that we do not step on the dreams of others as the deceased has allegedly done- the relationships with women whilst being married. Ultimate payment may be death.

God Almighty, creator of Heaven and Earth revealed to me that the woman is innocent, just like the late O J Simpson . Naboth was stoned to death on basis of two scoundrels who brought false charges against him that he cursed " both God and the king" (1Kings 21v 13).I dont know the widow, im just a servant of God Most High.

You are an apologist and a person who fears so terribly to be in the wrong.
There are matters that require you to simply use common sense - check common thread to the protagonist’s history - and make up your mind.
God loves decisive people! In the saga of madam Maqubela, “you are neither cold nor hot,” to use biblical parlance.
As such you use the cover of “neutrality” to avoid taking responsibility to judge morally indefensible behaviour. That is not justifiable!
Here in this case, there was cause to test the implicated suspect, Thandi Maqubela.
Certainly, “murder will out” as they say. What is done in darkness, shall be revealed in the clear light of the day.
We remember what we finally discovered about the horrors of what the erstwhile apartheid securocrats did in absolute secrecy; things they thought w’d buried forever, but were finally brought into the light of truth.
The legal process may have failed to satisfy to prosecute The Judge’s wife beyond reasonable doubt: which consequently led to the point of being discharged from prison after the appeal. However, that does not exonerate her for being completely innocent.
In such matters; we are expected to pick a moral side. Choose the right one.🤔☝️
