When i met my husband , i was a very confident lady, who love make up,weaves,wear jeans, leggings etc. Years later he changed and said he doesnt like me with make up, i must stop wearing jeans and leggings,stop applying make up. I dont like myself anymore ,i dont look how i want to look, it affected our relationship, i hate him and im always angry . He wud tell me i look btful without all those things😢
My sister, do what makes you happy. If you enjoy make up then wear it.

It got me thinking that I wish men can also have something like this, because they too tend to be too comfortable after marriage, don't look after their hair cuts, they don't take care of their bodies, they let themselves gain o thole motho a na le mokhaba wa beer, ( that time we women especially after babies, we become so hard/harsh on ourselves, I need to lose some weight, I need to have a flat tummy. They too need to know that we need them to look attractive all the time too, am not saying they should have six packs, no, but they shouldn't leave themselves, kare motho ke ntate but e sa le o monyane. They should also put in the work, the same guy who used to make sure that they come looking good and smelling good when coming to us, when they were still our boyfriends, they should still do the same thing when they are husbands, smell good and make sure that the hair cut is always up to date. Look sexy for their wives.

This was just too beautiful. But also there are some factors that are just beyond our control as women. In fact let me say me.
I got pregnant with my second baby, when I was 3 months pregnant, I kid u not, I just went on a dry spell, for the whole of my pregnancy, I remember this one time, I was like, let me give it to him, because I understood that it was mot fair on him, who got hurt? Me during the penetration. Because remember his D. Is up, and I was just dry, I just wanted him to finish and that was it. Told myself am not going to do this to myself again, because it's not like am doing this on purpose, my libido just switched off, I even asked my gynae if is it normal, he said it's normal. Fine, after giving birth the dry spell continued, my libido came back after a whole year, my baby was now a year old. I was confused myself as to what is going on with me, because it's not like am saying , I don't want to sleep with u, or no am fasting, I don't know how to explain this dry spell, but women go through alot after giving birth, we go through a season that we ourselves don't understand and we get confused ourselves as to what is going on with me, why kante am I not getting horny, why the sudden lost interest in sex. Only after a year, that's when I could feel myself yearning for sex could feel no, my V e batla ntho ya teng.
So my thing is, I wish u could invite a gynae, and explain all this. Because I was even googling, researching because I was oncerned myself.
Ja neh, tk think of it hearing from a professional could be an Eye opener.
