I'm in tears. My niece had an affair with my boyfriend (baby daddy) while she was staying with me. She would leave my place and go to baby daddy for days, come back and life continued(because i didn't know). The day i found out,I broke up with baby daddy, she moved in with him, she packed her clothes and left while i was at work. I was not ok, i even went for counselling. I loved my niece, she was like my baby sister.
They had a child. Baby daddy passed on September 2023. Niece moved back to her parent's house after the guy passed on. My sister and i are ok,but i don't go to her house because i don't want to see my niece. It still hurts.

I am in a very similar situation. These podcasts are my therapy. On the part that breaks Asnath about the man severing ties with his children in every form, I can identify. It used to make me ask myself questions to which I didn't have answers until one day I came across this quote. " A narcissistic will never co-parent with you. They will counter parent. They don't care about the emotional damage that the constant drama inflicts upon the children as long as it causes emotional drama to you."

One thing about men, they don’t fight fairly shame and when there is another woman involved.The kids you thought they loved,they will abandon them in a minute. The pain and disruption he is creating in his children’s life,may it comeback 10 times to him including that witch of a mother in law. Also please take him to maintenance court.
What an amazing story teller, she told such a difficult story with a lot of strength and bravery… sometimes someone breaks you so much until you forget who God says you are. I believe she will succeed beyond her expectations, may she put her head down and give her self a good year to see all her talents take off and start to pay off…. When he comes back in his children’s life let him, and in the process he will witness the warrior that God has raised in her because of his shortcomings❤
You are going to be okay sister, just get to know the Lord, some of us have nearly similar experiences as you and I can tell you if it had not been for the Lord on my side, the enemy could have had his last laugh, but with the Lord’s help I rebuilt my life that is why I know you will be fine, just trust in God, lean on him. Just grateful that he rescued you from toxicity and now it’s time to start over. We South African women are strong, we have seen a lot but trust me there is a bigger plan in the heavens. Have faith. I Hope the sister receives healing and things look up for her and her kids, this kind of stories make me grateful that i broke of my engagement when he started to change , im lucky there were no kids involved and i walked away from his mess, he was a walking red flags and my ancestors & God opened my eyes and I left
