Ice Cream Man (Alternate Title : I Scream, Man)

Shot in Michigan with the Fujifilm Single 8mm camera (silent), mid/late 1970's. Edits were done both "in camera " as well as with blade and tape! Featuring my longtime collage pal Tom, who had a number of interesting gigs (even before the gig economy). Tom went on to create Beefbone Music beefbonemusic.... and perform with his band The Butchers. Tom and I co-wrote the song "Justiceville" for my documentary about ten years later in L.A.. The song was recorded by Ice T, and a version by Roger Guenveur Smith under the name, Hollywatts. We used the Hollywatts version for the Justiceville documentary.

(Multi-Award Winning)/flex. Ice T went on to be well, Ice T. Roger became an actor, writer director. One of his first roles after singing Justiceville, was as Smiley (Mah, Mah, Malcom!) in Spike Lee's "Do The Right Thing" . So yeah, we were down before you were born! :)
