I love that the majority of Neil Flynn's dialogue was adlibbed, to the point the writers simply wrote "Whatever Neil Says" on the scripts. They knew that whatever dialogue they'd create for him couldn't possibly surpass his own wit.
Scrubs is one of the best TV shows ever. One of my favorite gags, which can be lumped in with Turk and JD's bromance, is their unashamed nicknames for each other, like when JD calls Turk his chocolate bear. For anyone who hasn't seen the show, watch it. You won't regret it.
In your endo.... Fun facto. Every time that John c McGinley says Hugh Jackman? Apparently that came from him missing out on a rather big role to Hugh Jackman and neither party has ever announced which role it would have been but that was actually that actor's personal life of his enmity for Hugh Jackman
No one knowing the Janitor's real name for 99% of the series (last episode of Season 8) has to be the best running gag. Rowdy (and subsequently Steven), Dr Cox calling Elliot "Barbie" and later Keith "Ken", and Elliot's comically bad luck should have been honorable mentions. :)
I just love Dr Cox. One of my favorite moments is when he chastises an intern for how they handed him his coffee with just the mug side so the next time you see that intern, he's been forced to hold the hot mug while Dr Cox goes on about other things. Haha! That and one of my favorite quotes that I use for no reason is "Want some Honey for my Honey?" XD
I might be misremembering but I think The Todd actually has a few times where other people initiate high fives and he remarks to them about how that's his thing and they need to stop and find something else. Barring that, JD's pratfalls are pretty much legendary for me

I like the cutaways in this show

That's what makes Dr Cox a Great Character, and I gotta give a Thumbs up for the Writers for giving Room for Creative Comebacks Towards J.D!
I've been a nurse for 26 years and this has been my favorite show since the earliest days of my career

I love Janitor 😂 He was originally was just going to be a voice in JD’s head, but they added him as a real character. I love him 😂
I love it when I enjoy a list so much I forget it’s a top 10 list
What about Rowdy the stuffed yellow lab! the best prop ever!
Rowdy, no!
Mr and Mrs Turk Turkleton 😂😂😂❤❤❤
I love JD's fantasies, one of the best parts of the whole series! Scrubs will always have a special place in my heart!
I kinda feel like the JD and Turk friendship should have been number 1 considering they're even in commercials together to this day
Maybe a list of J.D.’s funniest Flashbacks next time? Anyone? 😅
Dr Kelso catching free muffins at the coffee shop. Also, Dr Kelso's stories about/phone calls to his son.

Really appreciate the video Ms Mojo and Phoebe. Scrubs is my favorite show of all time. ❤️

Love this show!
"The Janitor" actually ad-libbed about 95% of his lines.
Much like Zach and Donald irl. 😊
The Janitor isn't "unnamed"... his name is Glenn Matthews.
Shhh don't say it outloud
Innuendo - in your end though
This show and Todd high five snap fingers I'm started to do it without noticing xD
The worthless peons were actually a barbershop quartet that Ted's actor was part of in his spare time, although of course not called that in real life
The fact that the janitor played Carey's dad in Mean Girls is 10x funnier 😂
Happy monday afternoon, Rebecca, take care and God bless you. Greetings from Colombia to you as well
Love Scrubs and wish they didnt film it the way they did, which makes it harder to upscale to true HD.
Best part of the JD girls name gag is the rare moment when he calls him JD. My Fallen Idol anyone?
Mash and scrubs are best sitcoms who had doctors as leads.
8:13 not romanticAlly? So you mean IT'S GUY LOVE! THAT'S ALL IT IS!
What about the dog????
They presented some of the funniest parts of the show in the most boring way possible. I loved Scrubs and somehow this "countdown" was boring af.
I'm first
