Wow that was a lot of food for one evening . The food looked great especially the deserts at the end . I love seeing the expressions on Dericks face as he eats and I really enjoy Catherine s commentary’s on the taste of the food. Catherine would be a great spokesperson for all the restaurants in LasVegas it would help all us visitors decide ahead of time where we want to eat especially now that you pretty much need reservations made ahead of time . Foodie Tour is a must. First course seafood and sushi at Catch, second course salad and meatballs (appetizer) at Carbone and last course as Jean-George for main course and dessert. You can spend 150 per person at Jean George alone so this was a great deal! Great review. Stay safe.
I wish you had explained how the whole package works… How you pay? Where do you sign up for it? How the money is Divvied up? Is it too much food foe one night ? Did you feel rushed? Do you get more food in certain restaurants than others? Do you feel you got a good representation of food from the restaurant or did you really wanna order other stuff that you couldn’t?I have so many unanswered questions?

Derek attacked that salad as if it were trying to escape from his plate! Like everybody else, I laughed when they brought out the truffle dish. He looked like a baby looks when they've been given a spoon of something awful (and the mom is coaxing them to swallow it). Babies usually just spit it out; poor Derek didn't have that option! Great video guys, and this sounds like a great deal. But I would have been stuffed to the gills.
I’ve been to the original CATCH in LA and tried all those dishes they were all tasty, their seafood and sushi is really good! But I would love to try carbone and Jean steakhouse too! Haha you looked a little squeamish with that carpaccio Derek but Catherine seemed to love it 🤣! That steak really had a great temperature, exactly how I would have it cooked! You know it was tasty when Catherine falls asleep right after the first bite 😋😂
Great review. We live next door to the Aria and eat in those restaurants frequently. Other restaurants within the Aria include Bardot Brasserie and Javier's, which are likewise awesome. Thanks Derek and Katherine!

The last restaurant was something else. Incredible looking food and I could just taste it through the screen, so good.
