Just got home from Vegas on the 30th, Stayed at the Aria. Ate at CATCH! AWESOME! I had the truffle sushimi you suggested - so good. We also had the Lobster, it was amazing! Scallops and oysters. Everything was amazing and so fresh! I really appreciate your review.

Vegas does have several Michelin star restaurants. Catch is a fun restaurant. Definitely a bit pricey for the portion size but the quality of the food was good and the drinks were excellent.
I’m glad you reviewed Catch. We dinned there in September for my sisters birthday and really enjoyed it. We loved the ambiance and we had a fantastic server. I can’t believe y’all didn’t order the donut wheel. It was sinful and absolutely delicious. 😂
I know. We thought about the dessert but we were tapped out after that dinner and drinks. Next time! Was also eyeing that HIT cake where the white chocolate come gushing out. YUM! Next time. 😂 🍹
Catch is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. It's become a place to "be seen." I've been lucky enough to dine in their Bird Cage booth. Their GM Jonathan is the best in the business! I noticed you guys switched drinks.
Catch definitely has a very cool atmosphere. Yes we did switch drinks. Dave isn't really into sweet drinks so I offered to switch with him as I enjoyed their take on a Manhattan. The bird cage booth looked very cool. Glad you enjoy Catch. Thanks for tuning in, Mark! 🍹🙏

Hey I JUST got back from Vegas last night. Ate at Javiers. GREAT place! Great waiter! One thing I didn't like was that it was dark. I had a problem reading the menu, maybe due to slots :) but other than that food was great. What is considered biz casual for a dress code at Catch? Brown jeans allowed? Black? No jeans??
The food is definitely tasty. We do like the Aria but at the moment we tend to go with the best deal or promotion that works for what we're looking for. Aria is definitely a beautiful Hotel and Casino.
Heads up. I’m sure someone pointed it out in here but my wife and I SCREAMED when he grabbed a fork and stabbed the sushi. In Japanese culture, it’s considered very rude to stab sushi with chopsticks or a fork. It represents death. We got a good laugh though. Hope that helps.

We enjoyed Catch. The quality of the food was great, but we were a bit thrown off by the price vs. the portion sizes. Leaving hungry after paying those prices...hmmm! 🤔 Fun atmosphere and could be great to have like drinks and an appetizer with friends.
I notice that Tanya will ask Dave what he thought of the meal and he “never” gives his opinion, instead he will ask Tanya, “Well, what did you think?” Why does he wait to give his opinion? As for the restaurant overall, it seemed OK, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit.
That's question we ask each other goes along with the dance that follows. That how we respond to that question we ask each other! 😂 Then we generally say what we think following our rating and dance. It was definitely a fun restaurant but the price for those portion sizes....😱

I think I’ll pass on this the “sushi” chefs all looked like high school kids. for that price I’d expect some experience behind the counter. even in japan it can take 5-10 to become a rookie level sushi chef let alone at a high price spot. Drinks looking good tho !

Hi we went there on our last trip in February. You need to try Tao in Venetian soon just go mid week because irs too loud for us on weekends! 😀😘
