I love Wynn buffet and their hotel rooms. Most of the artists that have residency in Vegas stays at Wynn. Adele stayed at Wynn even though she played at Ceasars.
Fun video thanks, please do more! I agree Cosmo is nice for price, at 11:30 they should have crab legs. Crab legs are good if steamed and intact not split and with lemon and warm butter. I too think that chocolate molten cake is the best. The gelato there is also divine. I like the Thai tea flavor. And vanilla hahaha. There is also Palms all u can lobster weds and Thurs if anyone likes lobster. Wynn is my fav buffet. They have amazing crepes. Pre Covid they had beef ribs but they switched it to pork 😢. If you are here for lunar new year or Christmas, Jasmine at Bellagio and Gentil (sorry spellcheck) palace at RR have amazing buffets. There is one at Wynn at their Chinese restaurant too but I haven’t tried it. Sorry one more thing I think Jasmine might be the best because you get the Bellagio fountain show views, absolutely stunning. You must make reservations though they always sell out. 😮🎉
I remember when the Bellagio buffet was the best buffet out there..well besides The Sterling brunch which is no longer around...But Bellagio had King crab..duck..rabbit..steak tartare (which was amazing) and many other high ticket items..and ut was only $35pp...granted that was in 2009...but it was really amazing back then.
It's been years since I have been but, when I used to go to Vegas more regularly, especially in the pre-lockdown days, my favorite spot used to be the Bellagio brunch buffet. The quality was excellent and the prices AFAIK were quite good, though I was almost always being "comped" the entire experience. It was super clean, lots of variety, really high quality food, great service, etc. It may have changed and I am biased as I used to regularly stay at the Bellagio in the hotel, but there are some other great places in Vegas buffet-wise as well. Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan is good, the Wynn's buffet is good, the Bacchanal at Caesar's is really good as is the Grand Lux Cafe buffet at the Venetian.

Powder eggs are just not a thing anymore in buffet food service; too much effort to dehydrate something that will be rehydrated which makes it less cost-effective. Typically they are pre-beaten gallon bags with a dispenser (think a bag of wine) kind of like the cartons of egg whites you can buy at the grocery store. Just in 20-50 lb quantities. Depending on the company, (we went through US foods) they DO ADD sodium phosphate as a preservative which DOES contribute a chalky taste but makes the eggs extremely shelf stable
So it makes sense that you got the chalky taste… but (to my perspective) the scrambled eggs did look too fluffy/voluminous to have come from powder and be able to sit and maintain that height and look during a hot holding service
I love this video!! The way you described a chicken breast as “just too chickeny” is SUCH a thing - the muscle fibers can become so unappetizing when it’s marinated too long, which companies typically do to cheaper cuts or chicken that isn’t fed as well!
I ate at the Luxor buffet once because it was free and it was the worst place ever, couldn’t even eat the bacon. The only thing edible was the omelette.
Theres no way to season the inside of a prime rib roast..so its expected to salt/pepper at the table..you can also ask for salt at the station & they give you better salt..like flakey or kosher salt.
I have been to both Wynn and Bacchanal buffets before and after COVID, and I think Bacchanal fell off more. Wynn sort of just downgraded the type of proteins they bought, but the cooking disnt diminish in quality. At Bacchanal, I think their cooking went south, which is worse. I'd rather have a well cooked sausage than a badly cooked prime rib. Also, if you're thinking about Wicked Spoon, find another $20 and go to Wynn instead. Wicked Spoon fell off the most out of any of them.
Bellagio was one of the worst Buffets I've ever tried. Their Restaurants overall are not very good.... Even tried their Cafe...had to send back a dish I ordered. I was really surprised the Bellagio couls be better! Never eating rhere again. Thanks for your reviews.

Ok so how exactly can you label this “I ate at Every buffet on the strip!” You didn’t eat at, New York New York, Mandalay Bay, The Monte Carlo, The Aria, Paris, Planet Hollywood, The Flamingo, The Linq, The Cromwell, The Horseshoe (formally Balliy’s), Harrarah’s, Resorts World…. So are you just openly misleading people for views or were you paid, because you didn’t eat at EVERY BUFFET ON THE STRIP. Wynn buffet is my favorite in Vegas. Every time I went to Baccanal, the food wasnt nearly as flavorful. I havent been since before COVID though.
