I volunteer myself as tribute for a "tighter dispersion" driver fitting....you know, to help out the channel. Because I'm such a good person. And humble.
been playing the ZX5 LS all season. The club is a hammer 25 yards longer than my Stealth + from last year and so much more accurate. glad to see it getting some props.
Ian and Mikey - elite fitters . Ian has convinced me to pull the plug and go for a fitting tomorrow in Del Mar , California. As a fellow Scot , totally impressed by his fitting approach and that his accent is understood by all. Hoping for the same improvement that this guy got !
I love the follower side of things, but the boys do golf with and they know him :) Should be fun to see how this series progresses as they the boys at CC (formerly TXG) are second to none.
Long time follower and just had a fitting with Dean on Aug 1 after flying around the world to visit. Amazing session and super helpful. Walked out with something I would have never put myself into. I’m finally excited to pick up my driver and hit the course.
Great video boys. This sounds like a great concept bringing in more people for fits, especially subscribers of the show. Showing what the possibilities are as well whether it’s dispersion that on may be seeking or distance. If only every fitter out there could bring out what we just watched…hopefully fitters are watching and learning as well. Cheers!
I love these types of videos of a good golfer getting in there and seeing a big change in the difference a fitting does. Lots of things to learn from here too.
What a great new format gents. Love Scott personality and attitude..."ok...lets GO!!!!!" Looking forward in seeing the faces, sound and playability of the "members/followers." Lastly, looking forward in seeing the Arccos data coming up. Mike....get ON IT...no laziness bud! :P
Can't wait to see more of this series, it was awesome to watch. Would love a fitting with Ian or Mike, but just too many obstacles for me to have that happen. Can't wait for the next vid. Thanks guys.
So like I said I just started not long ago and you guys have been my funnel for info. My irons are Emmy weakest point and it seems to be one part of my game I can’t fix myself
I am a 3rd year golfer but insanely knowledgeable thanks to you guys. I’ve got myself into things and would love to see you break down what you think I’ve done and fit me the way you would
Love this concept, awesome fitting. Would drive down the 401 in an instant if you could fix the fairway wood hybrid situation in my bag. Lifelong struggles.
One the more consistent early releasers I have seen. Nice tempo and on plane. His dynamic loft is coming from an early right hand, which you are right it may not be worth toying with at his age and place in golf and instead use equipment to help since he has the money. Trying to pull off that many degrees of delivery though is going to be tough in any case.
Loved this video. Great video. Really informative for a more relatable swing speed. Great swing Scott! Some quality drives in there. Would kill for his consistency.
Great video, very instructive. Underlines how important a proper fitting is. Question. Why the TSR vs the Srixon? I thought he said he wanted more distance. Regardless of spin, launch angle, etc... The Srixon had more yards and still fairly consistent.
Love this type of content! Avid follower. At the beginning when he was hitting his Mizuno you commented it’s just a fairway finder, I’m just curious if you tried different shafts maybe off camera to achieve better results in the Mizuno? Just curious due to I myself am currently looking to upgrade my driver and enjoy learning about this process. Thank you for the detailed content!
I can better relate to Scott's swing speed and higher launch. I think it would be fun to invite Scott to play the Pulpit once his driver is made, and he gets comfortable with it. On course testing with his new fitted weapon would be terrific to see, and how the new found length affects his scoring. I feel Scratch golf is at hand. Hit'em straight, Scott.
Im next!! I deloft everything. Gaming a 10* TSI3 with a HD-5S. Still launching at 10*... Im about 6-7 MPH faster, but my total is only 3-4 yards longer than Scott.
I am a part time online club fitter and have learned almost everything I know from you guys so I would love to be fit from you. I am a 7.2 handicap, was scratch years ago when I had the time and am struggling with accuracy and putting
That’s what a fitting should look like! I saw a video by second swing where they fitted a lady into a box set where she had a 7 iron but only hit it around 100 yards.
Great video. Good to see someone who has "normal/real" clubhead/swing speed rather than the nuclear speeds that are generally on RUclips reviews so us mere mortals can relate. Helps me as I've been struggling with my driver and thinking I'm losing out distance wise. I'm fractionally quicker than Scott club/ball speed wise and have been struggling to carry my driver 240 yards! Playing TSR3 at 10 degrees with a Ventus TR Red 5R shaft at 45 inches. Just never felt the fit was right and I'm seeing way too much height and I think spin also. Usually a drawer of the ball but with this set up I'm seeing straight to slight fade. Going back to the fitter for another look and see what needs to change (driver loft, shaft wight/flex etc etc). Would appreciate any thoughts from Ian, Mike or others?
I've got the Red TR 7S in my 3 wood (recent addition) and love that so was thinking of the Blue in either a 5 or 6 weight. I think it's a loft adjustment and a new shaft as I've tried just the loft and it's not enough of a difference. Thanks for the input Joe.@@joebouscaren1
While I would love to do a proper fitting was “fit” for clubs this year but because my budget at the time was low for golftown the fit me for a cobra package set so even though I’m only in Oakville I probably couldn’t afford to get any major upgrades aside from driver 3wood wedges or putter and only 1 of those definitely can’t afford more
What an awesome episode, love the work Ian & Mikey! I’d love the chance to come get fit with you guys one day, hoping I can make that happen regardless if I get picked one month or not!
Love the idea for this series! Hopefully Scott’s not used up the Scottish quota for it though, would enjoy the flight from Glasgow over to get roasted for an hour 😂
Team - would love to be considered for one of these, looking to update my Driver. I'm in the GTA and have been a customer for an iron fit in 2021. 0.5 handicap lefty
Question. maybe midway through the video you showed that graphic with the ball strike locations of his club and 2 of the better options til that point. His club had a better face strike location. Did you have him go back and hit his gamer after a while testing different options? Is it helpful to hit the known club again after warming up and hitting a bunch of new stuff? Just to see if strike or AoA or anything else might have changed from the beginning of the day to being fully warmed up?
I'd love somthing like the tsr3. But I'm too low spin. Currently loving my g430 max. Great video of a proper fit well done boys great work. Would love a shot at this with you guys with the passion for it.
Good stuff as always. A couple thoughts/questions. How much impact does his 5-8 degrees up swing have on the height and launch angle? This swing speeds were 4 mph higher later than they were with his Mizuno as he hadn't warmed up yet. How much more distance would he expect with 4 mph more with his current gamer? I've heard around 3 yards per mph so that would be 12 more yards reducing the distance difference to 13 yards. Also, his swing speed picked up when Ian suggested the Titleist had more in it, though the Srixon seemed at least as good at that point. Then, the "welcome to the TSR3 club" comment. Perhaps that positive reinforcement helped him with the last couple TSR3 swings. Then on last Ian pushed him to get to 150mph ball speed. Turns out that was his fastest swing speed they showed at 101.7mph and the decision was for the Titleist. No doubt he was getting too much height and spin with his current setup but it was interesting to see how the process unfolded and the final decision.
“ a little longer shaft, something you’re not used to” mikey had me laughing😂😂
😂😂😂
Laughing a little too hard Micheal ,😊I thought
“Handicap is 4. I’m working on getting it up. Have a big member guest coming.” - I Love This Man.
Golf’s not going to help
You that problem
Mate
Working on getting it up. Love it
I hope you are joking.
Love the dynamic in this video. Not only was it a great fitting, but the banter was on point.
Love this whole series of average Joe’s doing club fittings. Please keep this series.
Watching these two fit makes getting fit anywhere else 2nd rate. Amazing work.
I volunteer myself as tribute for a "tighter dispersion" driver fitting....you know, to help out the channel. Because I'm such a good person. And humble.

This is a great idea to fit the followers! Love to see those distance gains that you guys achieve!
I love the follower side of things, but the boys do golf with and they know him :) Should be fun to see how this series progresses as they the boys at CC (formerly TXG) are second to none.

The lights are BRIGHT... Thanks CC!
WOW!!! That is what a great educated fitter can do for you.
Cheers!
Fitting subscribers is a home run idea!
Best one for a long time. Great to see a swing speed one can relate to and really impressed with the lower weighted shafts. More food for thought.
Longer shaft joke was hilarious 😂 12:56
Something you’re not quite used to 😂
Fabulous, informative and a sense of humour too. Love the banter back and forth with 30 yards of extra distance to boot.
Execellent video , nice to see a player around 100mph swing speed, more relatable.
I love these types of videos of a good golfer getting in there and seeing a big change in the difference a fitting does. Lots of things to learn from here too.
The championship Course at Carnoustie, where the wind blows in four different directions at the same time😉😉
Loved thia video I have the same floatty flight to my drives, would definitly need a driver fitting!
Love these. Would love to see a follow-up with the Arccos data and the new club.
He is hilarious and cheeky
It seems criminal we dont all have access to these quality fittings, game changer. Once again awesome work lads
Great idea for fitting subscribers and hilarious banter. TSR3 looks awesome. Good stuff lads !
I'm super excited for this new follower series. If they are all as great at this guy, it's going to be the funniest educational video series yet.
Great new "fit the followers idea." Always a pleasure watching you two.
Love seeing Mikey cooking! The channel does get better. Come to Australia boys.
Now there’s a plan for a Toronto winter!
I need a new driver fitting desperately, last year my carry was 345 but this year it dropped down to 340 for some reason, need to get that sorted.
Video was great! Scott was an absolute pleasure. I will volunteer myself for the follower wedge fitting.
I'm about the same swing speed.
I think what you guys do is awesome!
Helps me alot.
I love my TSR 3. Such a beast.
Great fit and video. ⛳
More of this please!! Great video boys
Wow! If I can make it back north one of these days, I am going to beg to be squeezed in for any/ all fitting(s)! Great job, guys.
One of the best fitting videos so far 😂
Can't wait to see more of this series, it was awesome to watch. Would love a fitting with Ian or Mike, but just too many obstacles for me to have that happen. Can't wait for the next vid. Thanks guys.
I think some thing we could all go for is a wee bit longer shaft. Mike is up there barely keepin it together 😂😂
12:57...
We MUST know what was so cheeky 😄😄😄
Would totally love to go to Toronto for fitting by Ian!
These are some of my favorite videos!
Awesome Video! Now open a Club Champion in Ottawa!
So like I said I just started not long ago and you guys have been my funnel for info. My irons are Emmy weakest point and it seems to be one part of my game I can’t fix myself
LOVE these!!! Keep em coming lads and what a great appearance from Scott! 👏
What a lovely swing
I am a 3rd year golfer but insanely knowledgeable thanks to you guys. I’ve got myself into things and would love to see you break down what you think I’ve done and fit me the way you would
This is a great idea.
“Your analysis of me is puuuurfect”
Ian: “well, there’s room for improvement”
😂😂
Amazing video and great banter 😅😅
Love this concept, awesome fitting. Would drive down the 401 in an instant if you could fix the fairway wood hybrid situation in my bag. Lifelong struggles.
Nice touch bois

That was a fun one to watch!
Love the fitting videos.
I launch it high like this fella.
Interesting to find out if you would try make him launch it lower during the fitting?
Don’t forget your uk viewers, we’d love a fitting like this over here!,
Great to watch. Great content. Thought the srixon was straighter n just as long a bit of titliest biast. Great work guys.
Such a cool concept. Much appreciated from the community!!
I'd love to come to Canada for a putter fitting! Plus 3 handicap, struggling with the putter right now, debating trying armlock.
Great news series!
Was hoping for an idea like this, can't wait to see what comes of it, cheers!
Great video, very instructive. Underlines how important a proper fitting is. Question. Why the TSR vs the Srixon? I thought he said he wanted more distance. Regardless of spin, launch angle, etc... The Srixon had more yards and still fairly consistent.
mikey almost nailed it. darn near 30 yards. tsr3 is so good!
Love these fitting videos
Love this type of content! Avid follower. This is so good!
I'd love to come get fit by you in BC when you open!!! 😁

This is awesome. I only been playing for 2 years and I just broke 90. I have never been fitted.

Diamana zf/gt are such amazing shafts
The zf has been a game changer for me in driver.
This is exactly my driver swing! What drills would help someone with this type of swing? Ie drills to lower ball flight and lower spin?
Very nice.
Get your mind out of the gutter, Mikey! 😂
I am a part time online club fitter and have learned almost everything I know from you guys so I would love to be fit from you. I am a 7.2 handicap, was scratch years ago when I had the time and am struggling with accuracy and putting

No U.S Open sweater , No Autoflex....... I had a hard time watching !!! Lol , Seriously love these fittings !!!

You've got good speed, turn loft to 8 or 9 and try Ventus tr blue 6 stiff
I've got the Red TR 7S in my 3 wood (recent addition) and love that so was thinking of the Blue in either a 5 or 6 weight. I think it's a loft adjustment and a new shaft as I've tried just the loft and it's not enough of a difference. Thanks for the input Joe.@@joebouscaren1

This will be a great series and tbh a great series for club champion…very much why they want their name on the channel
Love the channel guys been following for a long time and would love to get a fitting for the first time but $$$
Im from mississauga! Id love to get iron or driver fitted!
Ian, I’m 49% Scottish (according to DNA), so I’m really digging your accent brother 😎🇺🇸🏴
💙
Was there a reason that the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond was not tested? Seems to consistently reduce spin and height
love this
Awesome. Would love to see more of 14+ handicap fittings than anything. A 4 handicap fitting is nice, but your crowd of golfers are 20+
Right. “I hit it on the fairway pretty much every time, but I’d like a short chip on my 2nd for a par 4 or hit it as far as you
What an awesome episode, love the work Ian & Mikey! I’d love the chance to come get fit with you guys one day, hoping I can make that happen regardless if I get picked one month or not!

Is that a fart at 3:51? 💨 😂😂
I went for a fitting I struggled to have many good shots off the mat , anybody else find indoor hitting offs mat results in inconsistent striking
Question. maybe midway through the video you showed that graphic with the ball strike locations of his club and 2 of the better options til that point. His club had a better face strike location. Would love to see a High Handicapper, been awhile since you done a video with the most common hacker/golfers :-)
mid handicapper, would love a nice putter fitting
The shaft length gag was a classic.
The S*** talking here is outstanding, felt like I was at my home club with the fellas. Clearly a great relationship between these 3.
😂 class video. Wish u boys were in Scotland.
This is awesome boys. I would love to participate if there is an opportunity
I'd love somthing like the tsr3. But I'm too low spin. Currently loving my g430 max. Great video of a proper fit well done boys great work. Would love a shot at this with you guys with the passion for it.
