I feel like so many creaters when they have kids make the content avout their kids and people watch to see their baby and its a bit disturbing - everyone is here to see you and your experience of motherhood without exposing your child to the internet and making it about her. SO SO IMPORTANT

As a girl on her early 20s that has never even thought about having kids, seeing little moments of your day interacting with your baby feels magical in a way, its extremely sweet. I imagine its very intense at times and i wouldnt over romanticize motherhood thinking every single moment is perfect but its so refreshing to see you approaching motherhood with a young, open and super dedicated perspective but seeking your growth as an individual too. For SPF moisturisers I always use either Kiko Hydra Pro Day SPF 15, which is so good and doesn’t feel like suncream at all, or Kiko Urban Shield Cream SPF 50 on sunny days - which does smell and feel like suncream but doesn’t feel sticky at all and sinks into the skin really well. I think Kiko is cruelty free too :)
hey, about the perfume around baby thing i get but just wanted to say when i was younger and my parents would go out at night my mum would spray her perfume on my toys so i wasn't as scared and as i got older, still smelling that perfume on my toys was so comforting. Not rly related but was just thinking like your perfume will probs become a really comforting scent to her when she's a little bit older which is cute :)

I honestly love the "Soltan Once Age Defence" it's boots. SPF 50, vegan and cruelty free. I have the little 12ml bottle and been using it the past 6months. Haven't got a breakout from it, creamy smooth texture, not sticky and leaves a nice shine xxxx

I swear by the La Roche Posay oil control fluid (UV 50)!! Been using it for years and absolutely nothing else compares. I also use Dr.Jarts colour correcting tiger grass cream over the top and it leaves me looking so dewy and natural. Would definitely recommend

superdrug defence moisturiser spf 50 is really good! it has hyaluronic acid and vitamin e and is very moisturising without being greasy

I've tried so many cruelty free spfs and the best one is the Bondi sands hydra spf in the blue bottle! It's lightweight, no white cast, doesn't pill under make up, fragrance free and €14 in boots so not crazy expensive

I love the Mario Badescu Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30, it’s more lightweight and it doesn’t irritate my eyes which lots of spf’s do. It’s cruelty free, vegan & very affordable ☺️

Hi Keelin, I struggled with hair loss in my late 20s quite badly. There’s only so much herbal remedies one person can do, it used to drive me insane. I’d recommend seeing a Trichologist instead, they can give you a course of minoxidil or laser treatment and track your progress. It’s the best thing I ever did for my hair.

I'm not sure if this is helpful but, I have experienced hair loss on and off for a couple of years now so maybe my experience could be of use to you. The first time I started losing hair around my hairline I believed it was due to my hypothyroidism not being treated properly and once my medication had been increased the problem seemed to go away. I couldn't say for certain that this was the cause but it is a common problem associated with hypothyroidism. The second time my hair loss was different. This time my overall hair was coming out in massive quantities but with no evident patches of loss. Eventually, I had to cut my hair because the volume was so little that it looked stupid at the length I had before. Anyway, this all happened during winter last year and after months of seeing no sign of it stopping I decided to go to the doctors where they gave me a blood test. The results told me that my hypothyroidism stuff was all fine but my vitamin d, iron, and folic acid were all low so I was prescribed supplements to get them back to a healthy level. Fast forward several months and my hair has stopped falling out and even the texture is much smoother and healthier. Maybe this could be something you could look into? At the very least to rule it out
not sure if there's any correlation but when I used solid shampoo from that same brand, I had a sudden problem with patches of hair thinning and falling out!

Not to add to the many voices advising you but for scalp and hair health, I got a scalp massager (they look like metal spiders) because I read that using it for 4 minutes a day can help to increase blood circulation to your scalp which promotes thicker growth.
I struggle with bald spots on my hairline too but it’s all hormonal and some parts of the year my hair line looks good and some it doesn’t. I blame it all on hormones. It’s totally normal. One more thing - I’m kind of convinced shampoo is destroying my scalp and hair health so I cleanse it with apple cider vinegar only :/

Origins GinZin Energy-Boosting Tinted Moisturiser is my fave it’s spf and bb cream in one. Never had so many compliments on my skin before. Only spf 40 but works great, I went out all my hol and no sunburn or new freckles on face 👍🫶
