Hey friends! Thank you for being here! We’re a couple from the UK who, in summer 2022, sold everything we owned, moved out of our cosy Peak District apartment and left our office jobs to pursue a new life on the road. We desperately sought a life filled with more adventure! We now live, work and travel full-time in our tiny Renault Kangoo and we want to show others who aspire to travel more, that you don’t need lots of money to be able to do so! We finally leave the legendary Trollstigen mountain pass, also known as ‘The Troll Pass’ in Norway.
We head towards Geirangerfjord, which is one of the most popular fjords in Norway, and for good reason! Join us as we catch a short ferry, and hike with us to Skageflå mountain farm where you will discover incredible rock formations, the Seven Sisters waterfalls and grass-roof historical mountain huts.
We chose to walk from Homlong to Skageflå, a 12km round trip with many steep ascents. The alternative would have been to pay for a cruise to the base of the hike, which would have set us back 70 GBP.
Did we bite off more than we could chew? Find out what time we finished our hike and see how light the nights are in the summer in Norway!
