just a small ps about the oil pulling. don't spit it down the sink. spit it into a hankie and bin it. the oil can harden and block up the pipes.
great video. I'm really interested in all this 👍

Great video! Recently found your channel and now you're one of my faves. Was wondering if you might do a video about healthy pet care and what products or methods you use to clean your home with? My daughter just finished a year of aggressive chemo and radiation and I'm desperately and quickly trying to overhaul our home and lives from as much chemical as possible without being funky gross (if that makes sense)! And we've got a dog and two cats so they get to overhaul too. Thanks and have a wonderful week!

I love the bamboo toothbrush!! I am going to get one! I am just getting into the natural toothpastes. Honestly I didn't realize how bad toothpaste is! This is actually the first time I am hearing fluoride is bad to have in toothpaste... what is the reason for that? I've also started oil pulling and love it! Great video :)

One thing I have found through my journey is ph balancing toothpastes. I used to have gum disease and my gums used to bleed all the time. I started using a ph balancing toothpaste by the brand uncle harry and omg my gums don't bleed, my teeth aren't sensitive anymore, and they just feel good.

David's toothpaste is my favorite. Amazon seems to have the best price for it. Here is the description. "Davids is a premium natural toothpaste, made in California, with a focus on sustainability. Davids is simply the highest quality and best natural toothpaste available formulated to safely whiten teeth, remove plaque, and freshen breath. Natural fine abrasives work together to naturally remove plaque and surface stains creating whiter teeth and a clean and healthy mouth. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is used to naturally neutralize the acids in your mouth, which further reduces the bacteria causing plaque. Birch Xylitol is added to help remineralize the enamel of your teeth and promote good oral hygiene. Premium mint oil from various mint growing regions across the USA are blended together to create an amazing mint flavor and freshen breath. Davids went out of their way to use 98% USA Origin Ingredients to produce the highest quality toothpaste possible and to support USA jobs! Discover why so many people are switching to Davids!"

heisweeet fluoride actually helps strenthen your outer layer of the teeth, so it's not necessarily bad.

Fluoride is actually a drug. It has been known for years now that fluoride is actually not good for you. Do some research on the internet.
