Hacked glass was actually a thing 2b players tried. They thought that, because items have no cooldown, a sharpness five stained glass would deal more damage than traditional melee weapons. There was an actual video that Fit made with him hunting down players in nether spawn with the glass. I think it was about 3 years ago or something.

One more thing:
Kingoros noticed that hacks like killaura didn’t effect bows. So Kingoros used his pearls to get away from Popbop and ITristan after trading multiple hits. After he hits them a couple times he allows himself to take knockback so that he can get away from their reach or he would just use pearls and start hitting them with his bow multiple times. After he understood that he was getting out powered he jumped into the ocean and started hitting them, since they didn’t had speed hacks they couldn’t get close to him if he kept spamming his bows, with this tactic he did a shit ton of damage to them.

I remember the playing CTF games back in early beta. Standard loadout was a sword, armor, bow and three stacks of arrows. I was playing on a crappy laptop, so my render distance was set to tiny. Combat would generally be swarms of arrows coming flying out of the fog before closing the gap with swords. It was also the early days of artillery (back when hitting a tnt block set it off).
I love how all these 2b2t events have name. It's so cool because it reminds me so much of our world's history. Good job on this vid Fit! I really enjoyed it a lot! Keep up the great work

I love how jam packed the history of 2b2t is. Every block has a story, every player is instrumental in the story overall. Somebody needs to make a month-by-month history of 2b2t as a book.

There is no one who can talk about a toxic wasteland of a minecraft server and make it feel like a live-action movie then Fit himself.
5:57 a small note, god apples originally were made with ingots not blocks and regular golden apples with golden nuggets. (Thus requiring only 9 gold ingots per god Apple not 72)

16:52 there was a small period of a month or few after the patch where 32ks were still usable, but very janky. I remember logging on right after that server restart for the patch and pretty much instantly we all figured out that we could use dispensers to place the shulkers without reverting their contents.
There was a bit of an arms race afterwards of a bunch of client devs trying to make new auto32k modules, but it was WAY more complicated because of the arrangements of hoppers, shulkers, dispensers, and power sources. Instead of a 1x2x1 area you had arrangements spanning up to a 3x3x3 area, so it took a long time for the auto32k bypass modules to become reliable, and by then they were being patched too.
I'm still in a small discord server with records about this, and some decompiled and deobfuscated clients with this module.

@@JCG-049 not in 2b2t you can’t. Unless you had backdoor access and until Hausemaster hasn’t found a way to patch the current thing making 32k possible, 32k is extremely valuable and would definitely spell the difference between life and death.

Yeah but 2b is in survival
The year is 2025, everything’s been griefed, the worlds an endless no mans land of bedrock and obsidian, there’s no way to get supplies, all recourses are exhausted. Players struggle to find food and players hunt each other for supplies, hidden caches still exist, hidden in parts of the nether, but portals are hard to find in these days. Players cry out or pray for a world reset, but housemaster doesn’t grant their wishes, for the players must live in the world they created, they must live with the sins they committed.

Okay, hear me out, imagine if:
Baritone pvp becomes standard meta.
People buy 5+ alt accounts just to run baritone on them.
Run alt accounts simultaneously using either a virtual box or another computer.
Players have active minions they bring into combat.
Mfw 2b2t becomes a moba.
That's what I was thinking, imagine a builder at spawn flexing on people while his Baritone Alts just massacre any witnesses.
That would probably become an EULA nightmare at best. If you gain any advantage (say, by owning many automated accounts) it becomes a problem according to the EULA. Fit sort of mentioned it in the past. And I guarantee accounts would be bought in mass and some would pop up for cheap sold by 2b2t players. (On a side note this is beautifully chaotic. Microsoft being a victim of their own contract is some God Tier irony).
Beyond EULA, a problem Clash Royale had with the trading of accounts was that stolen credit cards and all that were used to purchaise in game loot to then sell to buyers. Therefore It's a very real scenario that cheap mc alts would come from stolen money and stolen accounts. Its likely Mojang/Microsoft would face legal action if they ignore this.
Perhaps limiting IPs to one account could be a solution but where theres an anarchy server community, theres a way. Certainly, baritone like bot wars would be an interesting new meta at the very least. Continuing the current era of 2b2t or perhaps worthy of its own.

God apples really changed pvp. I used to play an OP factions server with the /fix command so the fights on there would last a lot longer. We also had a little command /echest which opened up a portable enderchest. One time when I was still in school during summer break my friends had just logged off to go to bed and I was about to too but I got jumped. So I fought back and we ended up getting trapped in a cave in the spawn region. We couldn't get out since ender pearls near spawn was disabled to stop pearling into spawn so we got trapped in this tiny 13x5 cave.
Neither of us would die so we spent 11 episodes of The Originals fighting. That is about 8 hours 15 minutes. His friends logged on and I got 6v1'd. At this point, I just gave up on trying to kill him and just sat in the corner chugging god apples hoping my friends logged on before I ran out of god apples or I was too slow on a /fix.
there’s a new 1.17 hack that brought back the bow “machine gun” characteristic and can also be used with the crossbow and you can increase the speed. So you can literally blast your opponent with 100 fireworks in just a few seconds

The thing is , Crystal pvp is not a toxic part of MC pvp , it is in its very nature the cure to the shit fest Mojang has created by allowing people to put a 80% Damage Reduction onto Another 80% Reduction. The Gapple was never the issue , the issue was Diamond Armor itself.
Pvp would have been fine if 1.9 did not add toughness to diamond armor.
