I always knew that 2b2t's most legendary base was griefed years ago, but had a feeling that it somehow survived.

Actually, there's probably even more copies of the base, Itristan knew that if they want they can find the first copy, but by hiding the base just a few million blocks away from the original base, it would give the illusion of being the only copy, but actually I think there's even more copies from the actual base

These videos are truly amazing but I'd just like to say something. The statue's name may not be "Christ the Redeemer", but "Christ the King" which is a similar statue built in Portugal. I'm only saying this because one of the members was portuguese, due to the portuguese flag in the base. Either way, very nice video.

The 2b2t Circle of life: Once a base is made, it will eventually be destroyed, which will lead to the creation of more bases, and they will eventually be griefed, and so on.
Just like nature, its beautiful...
To be honest we only know about the bases that have been griefed. There may be really old bases that haven't been found yet.
