No, the chunks generated before 1.18 will have a solid block of bedrock bellow y=0. The problem will be the new building limit, all the Gigant structures over spawn will become griefable with withers over night.

Yeah, trapping people that try to join a server is actually extremely stupid. That's why I'll never even try to join this server, it's so toxic and not worth the effort since it's a videogame. I imagine there are actual adults taking Minecraft this seriously, it's not just teenagers

@@andrewgreenhouse They hate new players because they crowd the queue and they are tired of not being able to play, so they try to piss off easily angered new players to make them quit the server to make the queue smaller. It's not toxic, it's just desperate people in a *ruleless* server.

No, the chunks generated before 1.18 will have a solid block of bedrock bellow y=0.
The problem will be the new building limit, all the Gigant structures over spawn will become griefable with withers over night.

Which means millions more obsidian to go
