I have something that I want to try out with the Analogue Pocket.. I want to test and see if you can use those distribution ROMs and use your analogue pocket as a Mystery gift distribution device for your games?
I have a Pokemon Red like you do in your black console but my analogue pocket is not showing any colors only black and white and the other filters. How do I get to show color like yours?
Too bad this only works on GB studio. It does not work on FGPA cores. I managed to get all my 251 shiny Pokémon for my crystal version from my cart to the pocket. I did so many trades. I did it on my yellow version too for the 151 Pokémon.
Dude I have a question, do you know if the Pocket can connect to the gamecube games so I can transfer Colosseum/Gale of Darkness pokemon to my Leafgreen version. Nice video!!
When do you think Analogue will get around to releasing the next firmware? It seems like they are either having some issues, or not enough people working on it. I knew Kevin (Kevtris) used to do pretty much everything when it came to the cores, firmwares, etc.., but they hired on more people from what I've heard. I'm a little disappointed that I can't use the four 8bitdo M30 2.4g, SN30 controllers that I bought to use with the Pocket Dock, as well as the whole Memories frontend which they showed off part off long ago. I figured we'd at least have some basic beta implementation of that. Just trying to remain patient I suppose..
Since this week is the last week of July I’d hope they would release the new beta this week. It is disappointing the length of time between updates and on top of that this next one is only a beta. I’d wish they would communicate better with their consumers.
Help! I'm using a GBA and Analogue Pocket to trade Pokemon in Gen 2 carts. I keep getting error messages because of player inactivity. I'm using GBA link cables and one of my cartridges has a dry battery.
For best connection I would recommend using either an original official Nintendo GBA cable or one from analogue, I had to find an official one off of eBay to make it work all the time. The old repro one I had from the 90s would give me time out errors and I would have to keep trying till it worked
@@hzafaryyes it does matter, GBA and GBC use different protocols. That's why back in the day you could buy a kink cable with a switch to switch between GBA and GBC

if you remove the clips off the adapter like this bloke did with the wireless adapters it should work for you

not how it works. the games arent compatible at all. if they were you could just trade pokemon by using to gba's
