Nice to hear a couple of people actually thank you as they leave! Obviously that doesn't seem to happen all that often A shorter trip than I expected to Moonee Ponds. Awesome, as always!

Luckily many of the streets are wide enough for segregation. A tighter timetable last year has also sped up running, but as usual the traffic lights are still hopeless.
You wouldn't read about it, after successfully completing all stages for the train driver role i failed the medical! She even pre enrolled me to start on July 24th as she assumed everything would be smooth sailing. That stings big time haha
Goodness me!!! I’m truly sorry to hear about that. Health really is the first thing they should test with anybody likely to get further. If you don’t mind me asking, what was the doctor unhappy about?
I think it was fair enough, being a larger gentlemen i overbalanced on a lunge in the physical and they were worried about my higher risk of having sleep apnea, I would have had to do an overnight test. A good wake up call really, I know I said this was the last attempt but after getting so close il roll the dice once more (after losing 30kg) haha
@@DooverLackey I know that it will be a struggle, but dropping weight will do you no harm. I think the 'secret' is to eat a lot less calories (less food, better choice of foods) and gradual increase in exercise. Good luck with that!
I did the 59 inbound a few years ago. You will find that and any other lines which may be of interest here: Melbourne Trams - Driver's Views, Rides ruclips.net/p/PLLtOIHp49XNAm1qAXx3Oc73LehZsggS3t
I remember that you were interested earlier. I like to vary my topics a little, but I should be able to make the 19 my next tram movie sometime in the next few weeks.

It does not happen terribly often on the trams as the driver is sealed right in, but people more often do thank bus drivers who are less protected.
Love these videos. Thank You.

A nice fast ride with a tram in Melbourne, and some people say trams in Melbourne are so slow😉
With A new timetable introduced last year, trams do go faster but the traffic lights are just as hopeless as ever.

Nice speedy ride. Love the parts where cars and other vehicles aren't allowed. Thanks Tresseleg1💚👌

I can't recall watching any other video on this route. Interesting to note that for much of it the trams have their exclusive lanes.
