    Pretty sure that was internal rotation of the elbows/shoulders. Solid warm up btw! You should try the traditional RU warmup too. Pretty good as well

    Just tried this warm-up, some really great movements here Will, thank you.
    One quick question: I tried the second motion, for hip mobility, and really struggled to keep the back flat and the heels on the floor while doing this. My back would be straight and heels flat until my knees bent to 90 degrees -- any idea what I could do to improve? Thanks

    Hi Will, great video, I realize that the other phases will be coming put when warming up should this be done once or in a series of rounds??

    How can you use the hands to depress the thing which supports them? Why are you rolling what might be cold tissue? And yeh. That's internal rot.

    Really like the ankle mobility drill. Should call it mobility for meatheads.
