- It's Project Life Time!! I haven't had too many PL videos during the Inkie June Marathon as I desperately need to print more photos! But today we look at the monthly kit from Elle's Studio (not spon, not gifted!) while creating a 12x12" pocket page. Hope you enjoy!

I struggle with using labels. I don't use a lot of embellishments on my photos, typically stick to lots of embellies on the other cards. As to binders I prefer the WRMK leather and Simple Stories (for 6x8) to the PL ones. I found the PL ones the spine separates from the cover too easily, and then it's kaput. As to colours, I'm like you ... wiggely piggely (sp?) LOL!!! The colour that suits the project the most. :) And love those Violet hands ... baby hands so cute!!

I love labels and most of the time I stamp my labels myself. This way the colours fit always.
Another gorgeous PL page! I love using labels, it took me a while to get used to my handwriting, and many labels have been thrown away because of it but I think I’ve finally made peace with it, as you’d say, a man riding by on a horse wouldn’t notice it 😅 Those tiny Violet hands are so sweet and precious! Archie is such a little healthy bean, I’m so jealous, I wish I could enjoy veggies as much as he does, alas I’m with you on this one Adele, cheese and carbs are the way to my heart! Thank you so much for the videos, I love watching them every night, I’m in the U.K. and have been suffering terrible insomnia lately but watching your video helps me relax so I can get some rest 😊 Take care, sending love to you and your little family x

I use We R Memory Keeper 12x12 albums. I feel I get several pages in one and even with usage, the spines are in good condition. I do have one of The Paper Studio(Hobby Lobby) leather ones and so far no one can tell the difference. Those baby jazz hands are sooooooo adorable!
Lil Archie and his oddities are hilarious but adorable. I am still in the OG PL albums. I did do a massive haul of pocket pages and albums at the start of the year to prepare as they cycle out of physical. I am curious how the We Are Memory Keepers turn out for you so keep us updated please. You are definitely the reason I just placed a rather obnoxious sized enamel dots order. I'm also impatiently waiting for Elle Studio to restock enamel hearts and such lol. Haha I completely spaced and didnt do a title on a page and didnt catch it until I was doing a voiceover today haha. OMG the precious Vi jazz hands!

Aww Violet waved goodbye at the end of the video! To answer your question I just pick out whatever color or pattern intrigues me throughout the year and I don’t color coordinate my albums. My albums still close too and I don’t have an issue with the rings. Thank you so much for the Inkie June Marathon!!! I’ve really enjoyed it during a time when we can’t go anywhere or see anyone.
I have learned the wisdom of the labels. I never understood why people liked them so much but they are great to use.
I can't help with the album advice. I generally only use the ring albums as holding albums then I move them to post-bound when they are done. I bought a package of Chicago Screws so I can use the right length for the number of pages I have.

Hello! I have only ever used the We R Memory Keepers leather albums. They are super durable and I love the variety of colours. I choose a new colour every year.
Also I love labels!
Awww Lil Violet hands! That's my gbabe's name also. I love Elle's products too. The labels really do help complete the look. As do all the doodleeee spots.
oh my goodness, her little hands are so sweet. I don't do pocket pages but I struggle with labels. I see people use them, and I like how they look.
I've used the WeR Memory Keepers leather 12 x 12 albums for years and love them. I use black for everything except the theme cruise vacations we went on, which were baby blue. They had enough photos to merit their own albums.
I have been using the Becky Higgins project life albums....I honestly don't know what I'm going to do once I run out of them. They are the best. I bought six on clearance at Michaels for $4.00 each and honestly....I wish I would have bought more.
Great layout!! I personally love post bound books. They screw together. You don't have the same issue you have with binder albums
I've found the WRMK albums to be the best. The page protectors are very roomy and you get a few included with the album.

I just started project life last year and I use 9x12 albums from DLS (it is a Dutch brand), before that I had A4 albums.
I use the Hobby Lobby brand D ring albums in 4 colors. Red, green, turquoise and black. If they stop making them in those colors I will need to rethink. Try putting a small piece of plastic tubing over your rings that are opening. I picked mine up at the local hardware store.
Interesting idea! Doesn't make the ring a little too wide that interferes with turning pages?

Love those hands! Labels, labels, labels! I use Becky Higgins albums and the We are Memeory Keepers the later has issues with the rings closing.
Totally Tiffany makes small plastic "sleeves" that fit on the "spinders" (what she call her 3-ring binder unit that fit on her Scraprack) that would probably work if you don't need to open the binder very often. I'll try to find them for you.
I only ever used Creative Memories Albums
A few years ago I changed all my albums to black We are memory keepers it looks so much better. They do last so much longer than other albums, I found some of my older , other brand albums were falling apart and the rings wouldnt close properly.

I started loving labels because of you. Love we r memory keepers albums also but hard to get now. Found scrapbook.com brand is just as good. Thanks for another awesome video.

I replaced all my albums with the wrmk leather look albums....they are so much more robust. I use 4 albums a year for PL and layouts mixed...one album per quarter. Ive heard though they are not doing them anymore?
Hi Adele, love your videos! Random question... I'm also from Australia and I was watching a craft room tour of yours and you mentioned you have a Cameo. I have been considered getting a cutting machine and didn't know whether to go Silhouette or Cricut. Most youtubers seem to have Silhouette machines but Spotlight carries the Cricut products. Have you found silhouette products easy to get in Australia? Did you choose the Cameo for any particular reason? Do you already have a video on this that I could watch?
