I have a question for you.... So about 2 years ago, I vacationed in St. Thomas for about a week, took the ferry to St. John, met tons of beautiful people but the only problem that I kept having was the way that I usually dress made me stand out like a sore thumb. Here in Arizona it's mostly hot year round so I wear dashiki and I am very afrocentric but out there one lady said that I kept being outcast because of all the African attire, the locals probably assumed that I was like royalty in Africa...lol...true story, I walked into one of the jewelry stores and I swear they all rushed over to me showing the most expensive jewelry. 🤣 so, I've decided that I want to relocate to VI end of 2021...so, what is a typical standard of dress for women?
Majority of our culture (which would include attire) is heavily influenced by Jamaica and New York. It’s different down here. You see some guys walking by in Timberland boots in 99 degree weather...lol

I also use stateside accounts as well and do mobile deposits. The average out of network bank fee is $3 to use the ATM.
Good video but background noises drown out what you are saying. Also since the dialog is unscripted, at times it appears you are tired, trying to think of things to say, etc. please try a Point to Point Discussion Topic list.
Im moving there with my kods
How much is the cost if a condo or detached single fam home
Average is between $3-600K
Tina my family visited and love it . We would love to relocate like today . What are your plans in terms of relocating? Employment etc. We can talk via fb sansycheeks Townsend thnks .
@@sweetz8837 unfortunately I made the decision to completely disable all of my social media at the beginning of the year, but to answer your questions, I am considering relocating at the end of this year, if it's safe enough to do so...aside from being an Independent artist, I am also a grant writer so I can literally live anywhere and make money, but sure let's link up, my email is blakoutdesignz@gmail.com

Can I rent a car and drive on my own?
Yes you may. There are 4 major car rentals companies here and several other mom and pip rentals. We drive on the left down here. So providing that your cool with that you’re good to go!
You should first explain that the US Virgin Islands are made up of St. Croix, St Thomas and St John!
You are referencing only St Thomas and not explaining the difference between them and what each one has to offer.
Just some construction criticism!
My family is from the USVI and been going there since 1971!
He is good he said which island he is going to speak about. Maybe you should do ypur own RUclips on all three islands. Good job very detail information about st.thomas.
Too much wind you should film inside a house it's very difficult to hear you and very distracting.
How much are their 1bdrm apts.? 🍼☕🙋🏿♂️
Thank you, I now Hurd ya.
Avg. 1 bdrm goes from about $7-1100USD
@@mblydenvlogs That’s might be on St. Thomas, but, go $500 higher than you listed per month and up on St. Croix.
@@rosemarydolliver prices for rent were much lower previously on st. Croix prior to the hurricanes, but post Irma/Maria they’ve jumped significantly!
@@mblydenvlogs Tell me more, I was there until last year!. Even with Limetree shutting down, rent prices on STX are still at an all time high. After 25 years of dealing with high rents, I finally gave up ever getting ahead there. Only time they were low was after Hovensa shut down in ‘12!
