My point is that some Patriots fans, including Skip Bayless, are under the impression that the Patriots super bowls were won by Brady and Brady alone. The Cavs were already over the cap after resigning those two player and LeBron made it clear that he wanted them to get max deals so, what did he expect? You cant give everyone a max deal then get mad that you don't have enough money to go out and get a bench.
How are those crazy deals? They are crazy deals because the NBA is a salary cap league. Teams have a limit to how much they can pay before hitting the luxury tax. And once teams get into the luxury tax they are giving away money on top of money.
More importantly they are bad deals because those players most likely would not have gotten those same deals from other teams.

Furthermore, Lebron had a much greater impact on the outcome of game 6 than Brady had on the outcome of Super Bowl 36. Brady led 1 TD drive and that was in the 1st half. The ONLY points scored in the 2nd half for the Pats was Adam Venatieri's 2 FGs (including the game winner). Unlike Tom Brady, Lebron was the best player on the court in the game where Ray Allen supposedly "bailed him out". He shut down All-Star PG Tony Parker in the 4th quarter (who was killing the Miami Heat PGs in that game), which bogged down the Spurs offense and made it possible for the Heat to come back from 10 points down. So Gtfoh with that "2 TOs in the final minutes" BS. Yes, those 2 TOs happened, but they were minor blips in an otherwise All-Time Great performance.
