I'll this here, too. Yesterday Tom Brady threw for 466 yards. It's the 48th most yards thrown by a QB in the history of the NFL. Of all the performances ranked before him, or tied with him, there is ONLY ONE game in the playoffs, a divisional round match between the Browns and the Jets in 1987, in up to 48th games, that beats his 466 yards. Just a reminder of how this game, this superbowl, this performance is unbelievable and historical. Playoff football is football at best, and this guy is simply the best.
Sorry... Most Professional QBs agree that Tom Brady never cheated and is the Greatest of All Time, especially after Goodell (THE coward) never showed the results of 2015 season of the PSI of footballs. So if your not a player from the NFL, truly you don't know that your talking about. Be well...
I can’t argue that he’s not the goat but I just feel like he isn’t because he seems to get bailed out to win Super Bowls but in the end it’s hard to say he’s the best
@@Orangepenguin521 thats not true having a 4th quarter comeback and winning in to of a Superbowl is not getting bailed out. If it's like 56 56 and the patriots won buy a field goal would you say he got bailed out if he had 7 td passes ?
I’m a pats fan and I hate when people say this. This defense was great all year long, best defense we ever had. If it wasn’t for turnovers, we might have blown them out. The whole team was great
No one can. That's the entire point. It was truly unbelievable because it was so improbable. If you played this game 1000 times, the Pats win only 4 times.
Brady teammates were also scalping the birds internally. So Brady the surgeon needs his utensils his teammates which are his scalp to operate on ATL defense.. Oh "Doctor Brady" we have an emergence situation and surgery is required...
26/33, 284 yards, 2 TD after the Falcons scored their final points. In less than a half of football, he threw for more yards than 75 of the previous 100 Super Bowl starters did in the entire games, and exactly as many as Matt Ryan had in this game.
Easy to argue. from 2000-2007 the Pats recorded play signals from the side lines. also were accused by the Rams and Panthers of recording Super Bowl walkthroughs.. Just facts. deflategate is BS almost seems as a distraction.
Four years later, and I promise you Skip is NOT prisoner of the moment. I am here after watching two or three RUclips videos of this game just a moment ago, and I am still stunned that they won after all these years…
Same man I’ll tell my grandkids about it one day they won’t understand either they’ll never understand the feeling of “all time bad followed by all time great”
I never understand how people can say that coming back in one game is more impressive than coming back from multiple in a 7 game series. I'm a Brady fan myself, I'm wearing my Brady jersey while watching this, but the Cavs coming back from 3-1 is the greatest comeback of all time. Because they were underdogs by far and they did it against the best regular season team of all time, not only that, they had to beat them 3 straight times. No team had beaten the Warriors 3 straight times in like forever and the Cavs pulled it off, including two in the Oracle. That is the greatest comeback of all time and it's not even close tbh.
True 3-1 you got to comeback and beat arguably the greatest team of all time 3 times in a row. I think the superbowl comeback was more epic because its a one and done game and you cant fight another day. So i think they are even when it comes to clutchness.
Jay Jay i mean its kinda the same, youre on the last quarter down 25 point and need 26 to win and you put up 31 points in 1 quarter to win the superbowl
I'm a lifelong Dolphins fan... But I have so much respect for what he pulled off, I'd be happy for Tom if they had a perfect season and took our one and only special bragging right!
I know I’m 3 years late, but it’s funny Shannon says that Brady is the greatest player in NFL history, and then went immediately back to trashing Brady the following season.
Love him or hate him, you got to take your hat off to the man. His reign over football is unlike anyone has ever witnessed. Truly deserves the title of greatest of all time. Beats Montana by immense intervals!
@@akurabear4618 The Patriots are one of the best teams out there you may not like them but you have to at least respect them for making the greatest comeback in NFL history this Super Bowl and respect Tom Brady pulling off one off the impossible for what he did that night and beside I think you're just being a sore loser that's very appalling
phil evangelous that's funny I think the exact opposite. Helmet catch wasn't luck; it was fate, both to remind the pats that they're mortal, and to save Eli's reputation. SB46 was just luck. Healthy Gronk= Pats win in that case. Giants definitely were a better team second time around. I still don't know how they beat the Pats in 42, cause that team was just lit.
flipped the games around. thats what happens when you drink a lot. at 75, don`t think i will see a giants super bowl win again! maybe with a new quarterback.
I was watching the SB with my girlfriend (we are from Croatia, so she knows nothing about american football, so I explained her the rules step by step during the game) and when Edelman made that catch, I said to her 'Damn, this is karma right here. This happened against Pats 10 years ago, the helmet catch, wouldn't it by awesome if they now win the game because of this? Because of karma?' - and then they showed that clip of David Tyree just as I was explaining it to her, and she was like: 'Oh yeah, they are coming back and they are def winning it after that crazy catch'. Chills went through my spine and everything else was history.
Theres no doubt Tom Brady will be remembered as the Michael Jordan of the NFL. He is just an amazing overall player. I have so much respect for Tom Brady even though I am not a Patriots fan. I actually hate the Patriots but I have so much respect for Tom Brady and Bill Belichick. Aaron Rodgers might be the most talented QB but he's not Brady. I think the comparisons is more like Michael Jordan vs Lebron James. Its like Lebron is one of the most gifted players of all time and no doubt one of the best, but he's no Jordan. His resume isn't close to Jordan's Resume. Just like Aaron Rodgers to Brady. Rodgers is probably one of the most gifted QB to ever play and he will go down as one of the best NFL players ever but he's no Tom Brady. Also Bill Belichick is just amazing in so many ways. His ability to find anyone and make them contribute greatly. Bill Belichick truly reminds me of Greg Popovich. Both coaches have amazing systems, both are highly successful with 5 championship rings as head coaches, and both coaches are probably the best at finding talent out of nowhere.
Joseph Ho The better analogy is... Brady isn't MJ and neither is Rodgers cause he doesn't have anywhere near enough titles.. but Rodgers is more like the LeBron James of the NFL and that's being generous, considering there's still a big gap in titles.. but Tom Brady is the "Bruce Lee" of the NFL, because just like Bruce Lee mastered almost every style/form of fighting, Brady has mastered almost every style/form of offense outside of the "Option and Wildcat"
Joseph Ho also if you study brady hes not mobile at all hes been protected pretty dam good if someone like watson played his career with the same pats coaching staff and teams i promise you watson would have 7 rings already
Hotspot, Not so. Brady has not been protected all that great. He gets sacked a lot. In 07, the same year they went 18-0 before losing in the SB, i think he might have even led the league in sacks, but even if he did not it was a lot of sacks and that's not counting the times he gets hit. And it takes more than the ability to scramble to win games, like football intelligence, playing well in clutch situations, etc. I have no problem admitting Rodgers and Watson are better athletes and Rodgers makes throws, like on the run, that i would not even want Brady to attempt. But the problem with saying another, better scrambling QB would win more with Pats coaches is that the pats coaches don't have great records minus Brady, and Brady is one of the most immobile QBs there are, so plug in any other QB and most likely they'll have more ability to scramble. Seriously, google articles like... "Aaron Rodgers is 0-35 when trailing by more than one point in the fourth quarter against teams with a winning record." Yes I know you mentioned Watson and not Rodgers. But I cite this to make the point that a lot of people miss, Rogers, despite his physical ability, is not clutch. And clutch play is important when talking about, "Who is the GOAT?" Or how about this stat....its well known that Belichek did not have a great record as a head coach with other teams (Cleveland, Jets) but he does not even have a winning record......IN NEW ENGLAND MINUS BRADY. Same players, same system, minus Brady = losing record. What I have said is all true and verifiable. But your statement is pure speculation, what might happen if.... And of course its not likely we will ever know what Watson would do with the Pats.
Saint Gundy i agree i wasint talking about the old brady teams talking about this pats of 2017 watson already being compared to brady hes very patient in pocket like brady but with legs i disagree watson has came into a Houston texans team with alot more holes then pats and played dam good no doubt he could qb the pats
From a Patriots fan, I feel for the Falcons fans, they had a great season, by far the most exciting team in the league and they played the perfect Superbowl for the first 2 or 3 quarters. Obviously I'm delighted the Pats won, but I hope the Falcons can bounce back, they're a great team and deserve a lot of credit, they just came up against the greatest player of all time
I remember feeling bad for the Falcons’ owner and his wife that were already on the field ready to celebrate. And I’m a Pats fan. This was by far the craziest super bowl ever.

Robert Blackwell Go Cowboys!
Tom Brady turned back into Tom Brady and Matt Ryan turned back into Matt Ryan is one of Skips best lines man 😭
Sorry... Most Professional QBs agree that Tom Brady never cheated and is the Greatest of All Time, especially after Goodell (THE coward) never showed the results of 2015 season of the PSI of footballs. So if your not a player from the NFL, truly you don't know that your talking about. Be well...
Aaron n Peyton both backed brady up
I still can't believe how tom brady and the Patriots pulled that off omg that was just insane.cant wait for next season am so hype.

@@ethanwoodward9824 I’ve actually completely changed from a Brady hater to a Brady fan I got tired of ppl saying Rodgers and Mahomes are better
2021 and he's in another super bowl, again...
I don’t think Skip was prisoner of the moment. It’s four years later and I still can’t believe Brady came back and won that game.
I’m a pats fan and I hate when people say this. This defense was great all year long, best defense we ever had. If it wasn’t for turnovers, we might have blown them out. The whole team was great
Guy, stop treating Brady like white Jesus. Give the defense some credit.
@@BennyNegroFromQueens exactly and literally 14 points were off Turnovers. That defense gave up 14 points to a historically great offense.
No one can. That's the entire point. It was truly unbelievable because it was so improbable. If you played this game 1000 times, the Pats win only 4 times.
Surgical. That's the only way I can describe Tom Brady in the 4th quarter and OT.
The defenders knew that they weren't going back on the field when they won the coin toss.
Mr Sir I'm sure.
Rodger Goodell"s evil plan to destroy Tom Brady's super bowl legacy was foiled. HA!
goodell has nothing but helps Brady win look at the rules today that Goodell golden boy
Bet goodell was feeling pretty deflated

Slay Family Sure was. He wasted his time to suspend TB12
why would he want to destroy Brady's SB legacy?
Much respect form a packers fan . Hard to argue Tom not being the goat now
Commandosoap777 true but he has a defense to count on. Like how Rodgers tried to bring us back but our defense let up tds
the pats d stoped like one less td than the packers defense against the falcons
same here. im a packers fan but i cant deny bradys greatness
Anya Kotecha Hush its hard to acknowledge Brady as a Goat
Easy to argue. from 2000-2007 the Pats recorded play signals from the side lines. also were accused by the Rams and Panthers of recording Super Bowl walkthroughs.. Just facts. deflategate is BS almost seems as a distraction.
Four years later, and I promise you Skip is NOT prisoner of the moment. I am here after watching two or three RUclips videos of this game just a moment ago, and I am still stunned that they won after all these years…

I never thought I'd see the day, but the Patriots finally broke everyone. I've never see anything like that, ever. Surreal.
Jay Jay football is way harder to come back from players dont play offense and defense and you only get 1 try not 3 like the cavs
Hold on now. Im pretty sure that the Red Sox 2004 ALCS comeback is the greatest ever. Down 3-0 to one of the greatest sports dynasties of all time
Jay Jay i mean its kinda the same, youre on the last quarter down 25 point and need 26 to win and you put up 31 points in 1 quarter to win the superbowl
Previous biggest comeback in the Super Bowl was 10 points
Pats were down by as many as 25
All ATL had to do was run the ball on that third & 1
Tom Brady is the greatest QB. 49ers fan here. Brady is above Joe Montana.
Anthony Lopez Joe Montana will not put Tom Brady in that bucket.
Anthony Lopez you cant compare two players from two different eras.

Tom Brady would be 7-0 in Super Bowls if the giants didn't get extremely lucky both times
mshay1020 you can't get that lucky 2 times like that, the patriots were meant to lose
The helmet catch was a lucky win. But Giants deserved the Mannington catch one. They were the better team.
Yeah we can all thank the lack of an o-line coach for that one
phil evangelous that's funny I think the exact opposite.
Man, Atlanta still hasn’t recovered from this lol 😂😂😂
Don't think they ever will. Also Kyle blew another double digit lead in the 4th lol
They Still haven’t recovered
Whenever times are bad, I just circle around to this video and think about how awful it must be to be a falcons fan 😂😭
It happened yesterday by TB again with a different team 0-17 half and finished 31-27
No no we have not 😓
I was watching the SB with my girlfriend (we are from Croatia, so she knows nothing about american football, so I explained her the rules step by step during the game) and when Edelman made that catch, I said to her 'Damn, this is karma right here.
C Mistrinho coincidence, my friend
Thank you all for reading. Great SuperBowl. Cheers from Croatia, Belichick's paternal grandparents home country xD

As much as I hate skips dumb opinions I have to agree with him on this
Young Piccolo Even he doesn't agree with most of his 'opinions'. Here he was speaking real.
It’s crazy to think this was 4 years ago 🤯
Seven.
Joseph Ho when Rodgers is elite for more than 6 seasons, let me know lol
"Aaron Rodgers is 0-35 when trailing by more than one point in the fourth quarter against teams with a winning record."
Yes I know you mentioned Watson and not Rodgers. But I cite this to make the point that a lot of people miss, Rogers, despite his physical ability, is not clutch. And clutch play is important when talking about, "Who is the GOAT?"
Or how about this stat....its well known that Belichek did not have a great record as a head coach with other teams (Cleveland, Jets) but he does not even have a winning record......IN NEW ENGLAND MINUS BRADY.
