That's funny because I'd always assumed Anthropology was just another term from Archeology lol maybe it's my passion for history

I am most interested in biological anthropology, however, I am scared of majoring in anthropology and not getting a job in my dream career. I could do linguistics, archaeological and cultural, I am into that, however, I do not know how worth it would be to, so please answer some questions and be brutally honest.
    1. How necessary is to have a degree in anthropology? Can I just minor in it? Should I double major in something practical?
    2. How hard is it to get a job in anthropology with only a bachelor's? I heard that masters and Ph.D. tend to be the entry-level for many jobs in anthropology and you need to specialize in an area.
3.How hard would it be to get a master's or Ph.D? Are there financial aid, scholarships?
4.How important is to network and get internships, plus research?
    5. Even with all of that, including graduate and level degree, how hard would it be to still get a job?
    6. Would I make my dream come true in a more prestigious university?
    7. Last but not least, what is the salary and job prospects? Stability, flexibility, family, work and life balance. Are you able to live a comfortable life and spend your money without worrying about paying the bills? What is your life like?
What jobs are there in anthropology?
When it comes to anthropology my dream careers in that subject would be anything that involves travelling to a diversity of ecosystems, from the jungle, forest to desert. Having to do with animal research and evolution. Research in general, going to cultures in places like Africa and have a report on that. I do not mind laboratory work if it genetics and what goes inside organisms(a reason why I am also interested in science, animal science, forensics or medicine) however I would not like working in a laboratory all the time, it might be fun at first but after some decades it might become repetitive? I do not know, I have not thought about it, so far I enjoyed laboratory assignments. I am not sure about the chances of my studies becoming revolutionary. If I was not to do any of that I would have to stick with teaching or going into another field, which I do not mind.
Inspiration for anthropology: youtube videos, history channel, NatGeo, animal planet, documentaries such as The monkey inside us, PBS Nova, Jane Goodwill's study and more.
If you are not able to answer all the questions could you please let me know where to find them?

My short answer here - you should definitely focus on biological anthropology if that's what you like (it sounds like it). In that world, it's best to have a PhD or at least a Master's (Master's is good if you want to work with police departments in forensics, PhD for all the other stuff). As anthropology is an academic discipline, I'd say you need a Master's at minimum to really get a decent, long-term job in the field. Some people don't make it, some do. Pay is all over the place - if you want lots of money look elsewhere. I have a comfortable life, but had to work hard to get it. Some of your other questions can be answered by watching some of my other videos on college, etc. Hope this helps!
