    Hey LG, mine arrived with broken speakers and a dead pixel. I returned it to you for RMA and the RMA status is showing as "Parts on Back Order". Your support team told me I need to wait a month for an update? A MONTH to get my $1400 monitor back? How is that acceptable?

      @@LGUSASupport I reached out to your team 11 days ago now. Still ZERO update on my monitor's RMA. $1400 on this monitor, and LG cannot be bothered to provide me with a new replacement or a refund? You expect your customers to just wait with ZERO ETA on when I can expect to get my monitor back. What if I had been using this monitor for professional work? If you don't have the parts to repair my monitor, ship me a new one. You have them in stock on your webstore, which is exactly where I bought mine. Otherwise provide me with a refund. This is borderline fraud and theft.

      @@LGUSA I spent over 2 hours on the phone with this support line last week. I was refused a new replacement/refund after wasting my time telling me that is what they were going to do.
      LG has now had my monitor for OVER 3 weeks. I was last told on the phone it would be 3 more days before the parts arrive for the repair. Those days have come and gone. No update, no status change on track my repair.
      At this point I'm beginning a chargeback with PayPal.
