1967 GMC C/15, it was an old Farm truck with a 327v8, 3 on the tree, and no power steering brakes nothing! It had an AM radio one speaker in the dash and heat that’s it. Paid $150 of my own money and my Dad kicked in the other $150. 😊First thing I did after mmDad drove it home was to detail it. This was long before RUclips I was 15y/o and it was 1982…I removed the seat cleaned out all the old corn, mouse nests, and an old velvet tobacco can. Then I started the restoration project as an FFA project. It turned out great and I’m still proud of that!! Thanks for the trip down memory lane. 👌🛻
Stauffer, I am 67, retired, Army Vet, you are a hard working honest go getter. You do a great job. If I owned a business, I would hire you in a second. The thing that really impresses me about your video's is that you TRY as hard as you can to get the stains out. This country has a work shortage and finding guys like you who WANT to work, are getting scarce. The only thing I don't understand is if the floor carpet has a big hole under the drivers feet, and you take it out, why doesn't the owner just put in a new carpet? " Quality doesn't happen by accident, it happens because somebody actually cared."
My first car is a 2003 Kia Sorento. Super comfy, never got stuck in NYC snow and protected me from a 18 foot truck accident. Fix her up and back driving. Fast forward now. . . Still own it along with 2019 Alfa Romeo giulia quadrifoglio and 2016 Lexus Rx 350. Great content bro. 👍
My first car was a 1998 Ford Ranger. Got it in high school and made a lot of fun memories in that. So much so, that I recently bought a 2004 Ford Ranger because I missed it so much. They’re just so much fun, and perfect sized trucks! (Class of 16!)
I’ve only ever owned one car and I still own it. It’s a 2017 Mazda 6 iSport. Only issue with it is that the radio has a mind of its own. If you want to listen to some quiet music. It puts it on full blast. Then it decides to go to the screamo radio station. It’s like a demon.
My first car did the same! Lol. Got a ticket for noise ordinance at the school, but got it dismissed when I showed the judge how radio turned up and down on its own lol
1987 Hyundai Excel which was, surprisingly, a very reliable car with great gas mileage, although very underpowered (69 HP)...Stauffer, love the fact that you pulled the carpet out on this detail! Nice touch
Did a repeat customers Jeep Cherokee Latitude..dog hair, short…Lilly brush and foxtail would not touch it, the seats are absolute nightmares to get dog hair out of..I used both brushes and the seats just hung on for dear life to that dog hair. Vac and a pet hair eraser off our home vacuum is the only thing that got some of the hair out. Wish she would get seat covers lol. But the brushes did amazing on the floor carpets! Just a heads up on the cars seats if you ever detail a Jeep Latitude that has a dog hair carpet on the seats.
My first car was a 1973 Chevy Nova. I loved that car. It was easy as could be to work on. No computer, air bags, traction control. It was from back when you actually had to know how to drive.
My first car was a 2001 Lexus ES300 when I was in my senior year of high school. I absolutely loved it. The way it drove, handling, comfort & more. That was until a 90 something y/o lady totaled it when I was on the way to work haha that part I wasn’t too thrilled about....
1990 Dodge Caravan. I loved that van because I was fresh out of high school and I has a very adventurous girlfriend at the time. That back space was priceless!!! 😉
My first car was a 1970 Volkswagen Bug. It was the base model with no air conditioning, but was brand new and spotless. I loved it. I could park anywhere, but could haul all my stuff for road trips. Gasoline was 19 cents per gallon. Great memories. 💜
My first car was a 1988, white w/gray trim, Pontiac Grand Prix, 2 door. I loved it so much, I later bought a brand new 1998, 4 door Grand Prix GTX w/a supercharged engine. That car was a blast to drive!!
O my goodness, did a pack of hairy dogs live in that car. Can't wait to see the after. My 1st car was a Mitsibishi lancer. My dad gave me his brand new one as he lost his licence.... I drove it for a year and sold it and bought a FORD Escort RS Cosworth.... That was my baby

First car was also an Integra, 1992 RS, it was awesome because I could bang through the gears and go full throttle, but not be speeding lol can’t do that now
My first car was my dad’s 92 Pontiac Grand Prix. My favorite thing about it was the color, it was like an electric blue. I got it in 2005 though 😬. It was still in pretty good condition though.
My first car was a 95 Pontiac Firebird...my favorite part was we bought it for 300 dollars it didn't run and spending quality time with my dad to make it run and drive again was definitely the best part
Late 80s Nissan ext can truck, manual everything! Bought it from my step dad and worked to keep it running and looking nice. Wasn't much but it was mine :)
My first car is a 2000 Toyota Celica GT, got it with 80,000 miles! I love it too bits, has some issues with the sunroof and paint, but mechanically amazing! Gonna keep it for as long as possible!
First car was a 2002 Acura RSX. Great car! Drove it for 4 years until a deer took her out. Loved the sport “Recaro” style seats! Replaced it with a 328i.
First car was and still is my 2007 Pontiac G6. I treat that think like a child. I only use the most premium oil in it, and always treat it with car. But it’s fun to floor it and go a little quick around curves.

My girlfriend (later became my wife) made curtains for it 😉 (hey it was the thing to do back then). Could pressure wash the engine without worrying about harming electrical components or computer. Got it up to 100 mph one time.... thought it was going to shake apart!
My first ride was a 1600bc two wheel drive chariot. Fantastic ride. While it only had 2 horse power (the 4 horse power were really expensive to buy and maintain) it was the fastest thing up and down the Nile. It had a open top which was great in the summer and had an open back so picking up the babes was a breeze. Ah cruising the banks of the Nile while on our way to the city for dinner brings back such find memories. Oh yeah, 67 Chevrolet Impala that was my first car. Great job.
97 Explorer with the 4.0 V6 two door 4wd. Never got stuck in the snow with that thing, and I live in Michigan. Was even able to pull a Camaro out of a ditch that slid off the road. Was a great truck, miss it terribly but it was horrible on mileage lol
1993 Chevrolet S-10. Just loved having a truck, even if it was a small one lol. Made easy having a truck bed for football pads and other sports equipment.
A 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager with 463,627 miles on it and it runs like a champ I absolutely love it cause I still have it my favorite feature has to be the little compass and outside temp display on the roof I thought that was really neat
First car was a 2000 SAAB 9-5 2.3T. I got it off a older couple i used to deliver them their weekly newspaper. I got a very good deal on it at the time. I've had alot of cars over the years and trucks and jeeps but the saab brand was a special one.
1989 Nissan Pintara. I drove it until the headliner literally fell down on top of me on the highway one day. Honestly it was a smooth ride and I swear the handling was better on my current day, late model Jeep. It also cost nothing to service here in Australia. No complaints - I got about 7 great years out of it before selling it for scrap.
1982 Fiat Spider. It was a convertible and even though I had to have an extra filter on the fuel line due to rust in the gas tank I loved being able to drive in the summer with the top down
1988 Ford Orion 1.4cl, not pretty, not fast, but its my grandfather car (it was the car of all the family). I love go with it to classic cars meets. And the best part, his engine its a rock. I will keep it to the end of my days.
My first car my parents bought me right after high school was a 2006 Ford Taurus SES, First car I ever purchased on my own is my current daily, a 2015 Ford Fusion SE.
The first car my family owned was a 1992 Peugeot 405 The first car I owned was a 2008 Toyota Corolla. The best thing about it was the space and comfort. For a base model, it was excellent. The double glove box was a treat to have also. The worst thing about it was the gearbox. It was the first and only model with a robotic gearbox, which took forever to shift, and starting on an incline worked on faith that the clutch would engage.
My first car was a 'vette...blue '81Chevy Chevette 😁. The best part of having that car was that it was free by the time I got it in '84 when I turned 16, only had to pay my insurance. Good, cheap car to get to and from school and my part time job.
2003 Ford Ranger XLT!! I bought it when I was 18. Still have it now I’m 20. I love your videos btw! I want to buy all the tools you have to try it on my truck 😄
99 Chevy lumina. Ran Great. Got it because my cousin and her boyfriend both got their license taking. Sold it to me for 100 bucks just to party for the wknd. Clean title It lasted a long time.
Super satisfying clean taking the seats out and the carpet, love it! Wish I could do it to my Edge. lol I probably shouldn’t tho, my husband would surely think I’d lost my mind. 😬
I could tell that was a Grand Prix just by the door. Although my first car was a 1986 Cutlass Ciera. It rode nice, but had its quirks. I recently purchase some items from Fox Clean and super happy with them. Also got some chemical guys products. Look forward to trying more. My son is detailing interiors for extra money.
First car was 2003 VW Passat W8 wagon. Favorite part about it was just how rare and unique it is. Still have it and plan to keep it as long as I can :)
Great job brother but question how you restart the airbags after you remove the seat? Because even I remove the battery before but I still have the air bag light on!!!!😢
As so many others I am totally amazed with the brilliant work that you guys do. I would for sure hand over my car if I had the possibility. Question (NOT critisism !!!!): I see that you use alot of fluids, on the floor, on the seats and so on. Are there no electrical issues ? When you spray the glass in front of the speedometer - it pours down under the glass - where do that go - and what is it doing to the sensitive electronics under the panel ??
My first car was a 1999 Honda Civic. I paid 725 dollars for it. The thing smoked like a freight train when it would finally start and over heated every other week. The only thing I miss about the car is it was fun to throw around when it ran good.
You should get more exterior shots of the car, even if you don't clean it. Its more interesting to get a view of the 'car' itself and it is the opportunity for people who are not from the US to discover these models.
A 2000 vw passat 1.9tdi 4motion variant (estate). My dad made 400k kms and then it was handed to me. Was the best car in the while wide world. Me and my friends had so much unforgetable adventures inthe car.
Mine was a 1998 Mazda 626 LX that was an automatic surprisingly. It had 302,000 miles and my favorite thing was it was white. I could bounce the rear end like a basketball because of the suspension lol
I had 2 basically at the same time from family members but were totaled before I could officially take them over. One was a 1992 Ford Aerostar and the other was a 1972 Chevy El camino. Loved the van for the space and dependability and absolutely loved the el Camino because it was an awesome muscle car and it was fast.
2005 Dodge Neon! That thing broke down and got generally messed up more times than I can remember. I remember just liking it because it was red! Lol I was young and just excited to drive on my own.
84’ Ford Ranger. It had like 200,000 miles, no radio, no AC and leaked around the windshield. Only thing I liked about it was it got me from point A to point B for about 4 years.
1964 Ford Falcon Station Wagon. Paid $250.00 for it. Loved to just drive it. Manual steering, no air, manual brakes and always overheated in the summer. Boy, can I tell you short stories about that car.
My first car is 1992 JapaneseToyota Sprinter four doors sedan, w/four cylender engine and a 5 gear manual transmition. Because of its durability my uncle came to me and asked for it. He still drives it around the village.
My first car was a 1959 fiat 600-D I was fourteen years old and needed adult (over 21)to ride with me in daylight only. But my first vehicle that could drive by myself ( I was sixteen) was 1959 VW Cargo Van with a 36 HP motor. It top speed was 64 MPH and down hill 68 MPH.This was before custom van started to show-up. Out of the fifty (plus) vehicles that I have owned that VW Cargo van is in the top four vehicles that I wish owned today

I had a 1987 Cutlass Supreme and it drove so smooth, just the way the engine roared when I drove it miss it wish I could get another
My first was an 86 cutlass Supreme and I feel the same way!
There is nothing like 80's luxury cars!
87 Yugoslavian import of the year. "You go, I go, we all go in a YUGO.
2000 Pontiac sun fire and my fav part was that I got to work on it and how it got me my love for detailing and fixing things
First cars always have the best stories!
Mine was a 1998 Mazda 626 LX that was an automatic surprisingly. It had 302,000 miles and my favorite thing was it was white. I could bounce the rear end like a basketball because of the suspension lol
A lint roller also removes hair from a car seat and rug pretty well. Great videos!
I'm 17, and I just got my first car a few months ago! 2004 Honda civic. Old, but mine!!!
An emerald green 1977 Lincoln Towncar, and it was a boat! My favorite thing was when it would stall every time you tried to turn left, lol!
First car I *owned* was my GMC Jimmy. 95 I think.
I loved that it sounded a lot like my Dad's '76 Chevrolet Cheyenne. Good memories ❤🛻
2019 RAV4 LE. Love the cargo space and apple carplay. I plan on driving this car for as long as possible.
Absolutely brilliant I watched every frame of this film just amazing what you guy's did 👏👍
84’ Ford Ranger.
My first car was a 90s Oldsmobile cutlass supreme and the best part was i had to manual flick my blinker so it could work.
First car was a 64 chevelle. Loved everything about it especially the engine! :)
