Andrew Luck will always be my favorite QB of all time (Yes, even over Peyton) & I will forever be disgusted with how we handled his career as an organization. KNOWING that we had lightning in a bottle, & watching him being wasted year after year was as painful as anything to watch.
I will forever be grateful for what Andrew brought to Indy ! And forever embarrassed by our entitled fanbase for how we handled his retirement. It’s hard to imagine that the universe will ever perfectly align to create another QB with the brain, skills, physical attributes, character, pride, leadership, and bravery as #12.

The fact that no one even mentions that he would have been better than Peyton Manning.

I stand by my belief that this man never had a O-line because this began the trend of of not needing to put the best O-line on the field because you have a mobile QB. THAT falls on the shoulders on the Colts organization ... they took advantage of luck and it costed them his career ... it pleases me to see that the team, to this day, have never recovered from luck's retirement.
Luck's story should serve as a cautionary tale to all teams: stop depending solely on your running QB and put a damn O-LINE in front of them.

As humans and even more so as sports fans we tend to project our own feelings onto the objects of our interest. The truth is that Andrew Luck already had a helluva life before he even played a single down of NFL ball. The career he had in the League was just a bonus. Great human being, glad he's living his best life in retirement.

Edit: truly a shame that he was booed because he was looking to save his body instead of coming back and destroying it more. Those “fans” arent real ones

As an Indianapolis colts fan i remember when Peyton left and we drafted Andrew Luck, I was so happy man, i thought we're definitely winning a couple superbowls with him, but as time went on i realized how much we screwed the pooch on this, we kept letting him get hit and mangled and thought oh he'll just tough through it and come back, obviously we failed him, I just wish he would give us one more chance i have no doubt he still has the stuff

  • @craigroberson8757

I forgot what a true giant Luck was on the field and in life. I have no doubt that he has remained that giant. His greatness would probably still be setting the league on fire had his career not been so mismanaged. He is so incredibly intelligent we know he is successful, the sad part is we don't have the opportunity to celebrate that with him as we no doubt would have. I will never forget him being booed off the field. I could not believe the the lack of grace and class represented by the fans.
