used mike meyers videos and book on 1001 and 1002 and passed core1 and core2 on first try. very happy and got my first entry level inl it in 6 months obviously thanks to Kevtech videos on resumes and all his videos on office 365, VM's etc... my two main IT tutors :)

I also love that during this interview that you did you just kinda like let him go to town let him do his thing I thought that was really nice you interjected which is a good thing but overall I think you did a really fantastic interview where you let him explain stuff it's kinda like you were the student and he was the teacher. So I think this interview would really help you going forward with your other interviews that you have with other RUclips creators. I think it showed that you can listen and interject when you need to. Again fantastic I could listen to him all day long.
Hey kevtech can you make a once and for all tried and true solution to repeat lockouts. You know the ones that happen after you change your password and continues for weeks sometimes. Many used have the issue and troubleshooting steps management has given us to solve it dont seem to work. Thanks

Can't answer that question. Only you would know if you worked helpdesk. Every job and company uses different systems. Unless it's your first time going for a new job.
