@stevengondosiswanto4732 for some corners where you can't do a tst you need to do a RHOD, it's basically doing a tst in 1 direction and doing another tst in the other direction it's very complicated

great video thank you, i wasn't sure i was doing it right but it seems like i picked it up and did everything perfectly which explains how i was smoking everyone from the start lmao, to any new people using a controller especially for special sage put the top of your thumb on the right direction and the bottom on the left then you can do minor movements ion milliseconds to correct if something goes wrong
Please could you make a video explaining how upgrades work in this game?
It's quite unusual, figuring out the upgrade system is beyond me.
I don't really have time to record a video but in simple explanation is there's 2 upgrades in this game cosmetics and performance upgrades, you need 5 performance upgrade cards to get max tuning, which makes the car like 5 seconds faster
Right, so do you have to collect all of the cards before you're able to upgrade? The last time I played Initial D Street Stage, I couldn't seem to use the upgrade cards on the Lancer Evolution VII (CT9A) that I was using.
It was a bit confusing, especially because at the time I wasn't all that good at Japanese. (Yeah, I don't know why my dad, before I was born, decided to immigrate to Britain when he could've just stayed with his family in Tokyo.)

Maybe you were trying to use a cosmetics upgrade instead of a performance upgrade
Also not all cosmetics upgrade are compatible with any car

Special stage and initial d works on the same game engine
But it's harder to do techniques in special stage because you can't change the sensitivity
But you can fix this by playing on a wheel

@@linkery I'm slowly getting the hang of using TST, I'm slowly getting better at practicing it on DH Akina's first hairpin turn.
I'm going to start practicing this thing until I have it mastered, there are still things that I don't understand, such as when doing the eraser, the truth is I don't know if I'm doing it the right way, and what gear do you most recommend to do it?

It doesn't, for extreme stage you would need a wheel to get good times

In extreme stage the strategy is each corner has a speed limit, you need to just slow down to that exact speed and counter steer on a wheel carefully, example is first turn of akina speed limit is like 130kph

with just braking at sensitivity 3, i got to 3.08.5 on akina dh dry. With tst and 3 hours of practice i got it down to 3.05. Now just need to get back on good lines because the sensitivity is making me wall taps everywhere, i think i might be making low 3.0X soon
Sensitive 5 is quite hard at first but the harder way of driving is usually the faster way and Sensitive 5 is even more beneficial on harder tracks like happongahara

I have crazy obsession with this game since I wanna be master and beat every boss. It seems I can't give up on it...
But techniques seems very hard though I seem to have trying to learn it. The only way I can pass through corners really fast is using brakes, but it slides car too much and it hits the walls! It's hard, so I'm trying to learn ways to improve my skills.
Is Double Erasers or Eraser the only way to be good at this game?
Also, I'm trying my very hard to use this method but I can't understand in which order do you need to press buttons and the timing 😭

Pretty much if you want to be fast in this game with out TST you would have to use a fully upgraded course car at max sensitivity, only way to get faster than that is through gear techniques, but simply down shifting before the corner and braking should be enough, if you do that you will get a better understanding of the physics and learn TST easier

note that the RX8 is exceptionally fast on all tracks except akina
And r32 is king of rain tracks but still slow in akina and usui

@xxbombhitxx2614 no no by doing a eraser you slide in a direction and by steering in the other direction and back to the same direction you would basically have more sliding angle, that's a tst
