Mark., Thanks for opening up again speaking affectionately about Vee. We don't stop missing our beloved mates. Some can get back to a regular routine in a short time, from outward appearances no longer grieving. I haven't found this in my own situation. Certain songs trigger my emotions. Though I too have a support system, still the loss is real and potent. You hit the nail on the head- Without God in your life you'd be lost. So true. He is not aloof or passive about our difficulties, our mourning, our grief. The resurrection promise keeps my head above water. The timing of this miracle is in His hands, so we just need to trust Him, patiently waiting, not ever doubting. Thanks very much for reflecting on the value of having a spiritual side. No you didn't bring us down by what you've shared today. On the contrary, you spoke reassuringly. We need more of that from folks like you who have a voice to speak positively, looking to uplift our fellow man & woman. Thanks as always.
Hi Mark. My wife of 35 years died of brain cancer about the same time Vee passed. Unfortunately I don’t have faith in an afterlife. I have hope but not faith. It’s been extremely hard. I have no desire to make new memories without her to share them with. You’re videos are inspirational because I know you are facing many of the emotional hardships I’m having to deal with. Love your videos. You do affect people in a very positive way.
Like the cat, nothing wrong with the cat 😊. The grief of loosing a loved one stay’s forever it’s just that we learn to live with it, I agree it is a form of love, grief has many stages and everyone goes through it differently. Vee is always with you, watching over you, the support groups are very good, friends and family. Everything looks very nice. We also had it here not my State but some beautiful coloured lights in the night sky in other States. Prayers sent your way. 🙏🏻

Itchy, good therapy, and some golden nuggets in there. It makes me thankful for the good in my life at the present. We seem to always be working for tomorrow, but what if our best days are here and now? That's not to say that there's no hope for tomorrow, but more to the point that life has been granted for today.
Be well, be free, and I thank you for the good you bring to the table. I will continue to lift you up in prayer.

Praying for you Mark! Good video , God Bless ! The presence of Gods Spirit is a precious thing in times such as these. The loss of a loved one is a terrible thing . They say time heals all wounds , I don’t think that’s true, I think we just learn to live with that loss , still grieve but keep going .

Great memories,they will always be there.Mark ,you need a small bike trip.Please Mark I'm 71 and you and I worked in the same jobs I ran a crew at forest preserve.Dont let the old man in...KEEP MOVING.get on the bike and go on some rides,or take a small bike trip with friends.Ask your family for help at home or hire someone to clean house.If you can do 4 hr bike trip I can ride from my end for a meet up.i still walk and have a weight lifting routine.

Prayers for you Marc. I struggle with eating for comfort. Trying really hard to get back on a low carb diet and do more exercise. Definately calling out to God for help. Works been stressful. Contractors and peoples businesses are on edge. A depressing season for sure especially with whats going on politically and socially these days. Just like the bible said it would get. I'm thankful for the Lord and the many blessings He has given me. I miss my Dad a lot. Never married so I totally get it. Theres just so much I can keep up with and I'm still working. We do the best we can. Im in the process of riding again since a bad Moto accident three years ago. But I love to ride and Im just now ready to give it up yet. My Mom worries and I dont want to put her through that again. So Im not riding much just occasionally. Thanks for the encouragement I hope you get encouragement from people like me as well a brother in Christ. Its heartbreaking to see the world going darker. But We have so much to look forward to in eternity. God Bless

Bless you buddy , Your feelings & Emotions are a reflection of the way you felt for "V" !!! They speak of the way that you felt , bonded , loved & aloud a very big part of your life & love for a very special lady !!! She truly was a keeper... I am sure that the loss of her puts a tear in many of our eyes !! Many of us got to know her & your priceless unity together !!! It would only be unnatural not to mourn and miss our partner.You stuck with her to the end brother , You had her back all the way through !!! Cherish your life and revel in the memories !!!. Not everybody has had those feelings or that opportunity of love like that.. Just goes to show you're a good man !!!

I really get you on the house cleaning deal . Na not for me either. I guess after getting through the winter season a guy tends to want to get out and explore the new life Spring promises. I know I get to ride year round thank the Lord but when my Queen was in the Hospital last year we watched your videos and interact with your channel it helped my mind and her get away from some mind stress.
Get kinda caught up and force your self to get on Scoot . Maybe you put something of hers on your person and just beat some miles down. We are all different but Your Love for Val was solid it's never gonna leave your heart and that's okay Sir it's okay .

You got a nice place there bud. Man you have to be a millionaire nowadays to be able to buy something like that lol. That’s a really cool pond you got too. I think i’d be down there sitting on the park bench maybe smoking a doobie and reading a book. But yeah try not to put too much work on your plate at once you know. Maybe split it up through out the week.
Just hire someone to clean inside of house every other week or whenever 👍

Keep what you are doing brother, I lost my darling bride 7 years ago. I still have my blue days, but keeping busy does help some. I too, am a lousy housewife, but I try. Take care

I feel you,its been a year since my friend lisa passed away,the day before she died we talked for 3 hours and the next day around 7ish her bf called me in tears now he doesnt show emotions so i knew something was wrong,yup she died during the night, we used to go out shopping and other places,she croched a camouflage coaster and i see it everyday and she gave me a cup from a classic rock station,they are cherished things she gave me,RIP val and lisa

Itchy dude as we age we lose a step or two don't beat yourself up to much you could lose a step and your still doing better than most. It's hard to be on top of everything all the time so just do your best and that's good enough realize most don't even try to begin with so your doing great. Remember as we age we slow down and it's ok let's be realistic. You could also pull the cat sticker off the car now and nobody will get mad at you and you will feel better about driving it and don't feel guilty about doing it either cause you are driving it now and people don't know the story behind it they just see you behind the wheel and your right it's down right embarrassing. Most important don't forget to love yourself your a good dude stay strong man.
Im sorry what you are going thru. I lost my dad last year, and i think about him more now than when he was alive. All the little details that we used to share. Thanks for sharing the video.

I used to carry all of our plants outside by hand. I started using the handtruck. By hand, when they’ve grown and gotten really heavy will destroy your back.😢😂

Send that cactus back to the desert, they are awful things! Sorry your having bad times on and off. I'm 70, my hubby is 72 very active but, he's going down hill, he has prostate cancer and is in a lot of pain, he has a rare lung disease so he has a hard time breathing now, and, he has heart failure,. I'm not sure what will get him first but his days are numbered. I'm praying he does linger and suffer anymore, I hate the thoughts of people or anything suffering. Well, your wife was a gift, but, she was needed elsewhere. She suffered most of her life, I couldn't believe what all she had been through, throughout her life! Now, she has no pain. Good luck...

I talk out loud to Jesus Christ all of the time. I am not religious but am spiritual. Jesus Christ blesses me. I am age 68 and old for my age. Just finished with cataract surgery in both eyes as of March 18th. I own and ride a 1997 Harley Fatboy and have several trucks and a car and live alone in a large house. My family is all gone passed away. I know how you feel. I love the cat on the back of your wifes Nissan, because I love all cats and have always had cats in my life. The cat on your wifes car gave me an idea. The upper paint gloss has faded on my 2002 F150 crew cab truck and I think Ill get a tiger emblem or several to put on the upper half of my tail gate.

Itcy just a suggestion have you ever considered hiring a "farm hand" type of guy, maybe a student that knows about landscaping that can come a couple days a week and help you out, just a thought.. just trying to help. reply when you can

I'm sure your ornary/ set in your ways, but you should say during a video that your going on a ride and would like a female passenger. If your interested, meet me at this place. You don't have to be lonely or die alone. Maybe you can find your next "V", of course i mean next mate, not exactly your wife. Try it
