No - this is the tire patch kit - they make a different kit to patch a tube

Hi, tried a similar product/method (Slime 2030-A), but could not get the patch to bond properly/permanently, even after letting it settle overnight. This was on Terrene Elwood Tough Gravel Tires.
Did you need to excessively clean (ie. isopropyl alcohol) or sand down the inside of the tire, in order to get the patch to seal properly?

Sanding it down did the trick for me - didn't have to do much else besides wipe out some of the debris

I used this ans removed the plastic skin after application..air got loose. Was the plastic film supposed to stay on?

No u take it off but you're suppose to roll the patch down with a metal roller to seal it properly
