Mark, I have to admit. I've been a life long Nikon shooter and recently I picked up a used (like new) A7 III and I rented a 100-400 G Master. This morning, I got my first ever keepers of an Osprey in flight. Obviously, they are nothing in comparison with your photos, but man I'm sold on Sony I think. I was hoping we could get an in-depth review of the 200-600? I've seen you use it in some videos, but I'd love a deep dive on it. I'm seriously considering selling my D5, D500 and Nikkor lenses and going all in on an A1 and the 200-600.
@@MarkSmithphotography MPB has a couple I can trade in for. I'm in Florida, not tooo far from you and plan on taking a workshop soon. I can't swing an A1 and the 600 f/4. How do you feel about the 200-600?
Hey Mark! I'm from Miami! Other than the Everglades, do you know any other good locations down here for Ospreys? It seems all the "good places" are more up north (closer to Delray) or way down south (by Flamingo)
Hi Mark - Sony a7xx or Sony a6xxx or Canon r7 for bird shooting or fast moving objects? What do you think? Have to choose one of them this year… thank you for your content & kind regard from Switzerland 🤗🇨🇭
Dear Mark, just subscribed to your channel! I’m starting in wildlife and birding but considering buying the new A7IV or a second hand A1 (if I find one). You mentioned that a review of the A7IV might come out but… would you recommend it? Or a used A1? 😅 especially for a beginner
Wow you've been BUSY buddy! Be safe, have a great time and keep on sharing your adventures... Btw, is this time of the year (entering summer) bad for Bird Photography in Florida due to the high heat? Is that why you're making your trips far to the North now?
From a wildlife photographers point of view, Mark is living the good life. Enjoy and looking forward to the videos.
I am very fortunate!
Thank you for the update Mark. I'm looking forward to your Eagle pictures.
I can’t wait to see what you get! No one captures birds like you do!
